Honestly, if you're eating in, it's your standard pub grub and you're more than likely gonna have an alright time. My takeout experience however was abysmal. Ordered the food through Door Dash and were given a pickup window of 5:37-5:47. Awesome. It takes me about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant, but 15 minutes in an insulated bag isn't going to be the end of the world. However, I get a notification at 5:23 that the food is ready for pickup. Why? Now it's gonna sit out for 15 minutes before I even see the food, and then another 15 minute drive home. I'm annoyed, but whatever. My assumption was that because it was ordered through Door Dash, maybe the kitchen staff doesn't have the pickup window information, so they just make the food as soon as the order comes in. I'll bring it to their attention and it can be looked into so it doesn't happen to people in the future. I get to the restaurant to pick up the food, it then takes about another ten minutes for them to bring out this already cold bag of food. I mention the situation, and am told that "yeah, we get the order windows, but the kitchen staff will make it early if there's nothing else to be at." Like what? You intentionally prepare the food long before the order window? Absolutely atrocious. Be better. Unsurprisingly, the food is ice cold by the time I try and eat, not to mention the order is messed up. It's not worth the time or effort to go back and complain, because this is completely normal to them apparently. I'm just hoping someone will see this and I can hopefully prevent someone else from getting completely screwed over for...

This place was absolutely horrible. Me and my boyfriend went there for supper on a Sunday evening. We both ordered the steak which was super overpriced and over seasoned we couldn’t even finish it. The fries were like mush and the corn on the cob was super well done and wasn’t eatable. The garlic bread was the only decent thing on the plate and it was burnt… not only was the food bad but our sever was super rude. She didn’t introduce herself, she like dropped our drinks on the table spilling a bit and didn’t even bother to wipe it up. When she came with out forks and stuff she pretty much just tossed it on the table giving me a bit of fright as I wasn’t really paying attention and before I could look up from my phone she was gone again. We also ordered nachos to go and and they were made before we even got our food because I was gonna ask for something not to be on them and I was told it wasn’t possible because they were unfortunately already made… I also made a complaint to the store but I haven’t heard anything back yet because the owner is away at a golf tournament. Food: Mostly very Good Service: Depends on the server It was one of our favorate places to go for a Friday night meal. I mean 2 to 3 Fridays a month. Aug. 25, 2023, My wife & I went in for a meal. The server was new. My wide explained how see liked her meal. It got messed up & the head server blamed my wife because they had to make it again. I ordered my usual hot coffee to go with my meal. I sent it back because it was old & cold. I didn't realize until the next day that they charged me $7.99 for a specially coffee. We stopped going there until we got invited to join some people there for a birthday celebaration. We slowly drifted back. Last night we there for a meal. My wife had her usual & I ordered wings with my usual hot coffee. Coffee was warm but tolerable. When the meals were served, I asked for a refil of my coffee but i wanted a hot coffee. The server refused to make a new pot & warmed the old coffee up in the microwave. Needless to say, this was...
