Long wait in the drive thru to start. I paid with cash, and then was told I couldn't get my reward points because the payment was already put through. That was fine and dandy and I understood. Finally, getting my long awaited coffee; the lid wasn't on it when I took it from the window and wasted it all over my leg. It went all over my seat, on my door, steering wheel, and even down in my boot. Of course it was hot, but what could I do but just sit there kind of in shock at what just happened. The server apologized profusely. I told her I wanted money back and the coffees I ordered. She complied and I went on my way. Read moreSlowest Tim's in the city...I have been to them all. Everytime I go there inside or drive thru it is a 20 minute minimum to be fully served. I was just in there, because I never learn, and watched for 15mins as the worker struggled to serve 1 customer while another customer and watched in disbelief, and the other couple of workers stood there like pylons watching instead of jumping in and offering "customer service". Avoid it in any morning, lunch, afterschool, supper rush hours...better yet, take the 30secs to go to McDs...they got the express lane. I get an extra large tea that can usually fit into a large cup but today if the employee who served what she gave me she it would of been extremely upset. I opened two XL tea and they were so empty they could of fit into a medium cup. I did call rings went through but then someone hung up on me.
