Chicken Chef - Souris — Restaurant in Municipality of Souris – Glenwood

From the very first time me and my roommate went to this place we decided to boycott it. We went in on our night moving into Souris to get some chicken to feed all our movers. We ordered A bucket of chicken. That's it. Later they come to ask us if we wanted coleslaw or whatever other option and we looked at her confused and said we had only ordered a bucket of chicken. Then the man came back who took our order (he looked like a manager or owner) and proceeded to argue with us that we had ordered a whole meal including fries and when we told him we didn't want the other stuff just the chicken he complained about having to throw out the fries. To top it all off while we were sitting waiting for the bucket of chicken another man walked in and ordered the chicken meal and the man behind the counter went on to attempt to publicly shame us by saying to the man "are you sure you want the fries and stuff? Because these girls said they wanted the fries but now they don't. " shameful and super unprofessional. I've also been told by other people around here that they like to double charge people and hope they get away with it.. and the chicken isn't even worth all the abuse and Hassel....

Absolute worst experience ever! She brought us menus and asked our drink order. Brought us our coffees and proceeded to tell us she would bring us spoons once they did some dishes. Ordered our food which took almost half hour to get. ( we ordered breakfast at 10:40am) When she did bring us our food, the appearance was brutal... everything just thrown onto the plate and toast not even buttered decent if at all. So I sent it back. Also she proceeded to say how she dropped some of my ham so she would bring me another piece. She brought two and were cold plus my toast and asked if that's better. Just rude! The atmosphere of the restaurant was grungy, waitress's dressed slobby ( one had pants down to knees), coughing hacking all over not covering mouth, and bathroom dirty and smelt like dead mouse. Will never go back and definitely would...

Purchased food at 6 pm , that was more than likely cooked maybe even the previous day , judge from the photo , the fries we asked for extra crispy to avoid them coming from the warmer , we failed . The fries and chicken came directly from the warmer , the box was so wet and soggy it literally ripped pulling it from the bag . The “manager” told me I was being rude after I said “I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog as he might get sick”. After paying money for something well before close , you expect better . The manager then proceeded to “pass on” my information to the owner . I write this in hopes the owner reads this as I do not believe the proper lines of communication will...
