Food is good awesome employees but over the years the whole company has been getting really cheap and food quantity keeps getting smaller and smaller but their prices keep going through the roof witch I do understand that their costs keep going up but when one person has to pay almost $14 bucks for a Poppa Burger meal with cheese lol and the burger is almost smaller than a average coffee cup and the patties are even shrunk smaller and maybe a 1/8 inches thick and that's being generous LoL that's really sad!!! I could have gone somewhere else and saved money as I had to go to subway and get a sandwich to get full just glad I never had the family lol !! Poor service here. Always slow. On several ocassions now i have cone to this location to get dinner to take home. Have been told a few times an hour to closing that they had their grills closed or that they have turned off the fryers. Tonight was no different wanted tk order off the "All Day Breakfast" menu as is advertised on their menu "All Day Breakfast. East indian woman on front counter refused to sell it to me, saying that at this hour theyre closing the grills and cleaning them. i had a pick up order, it was 50 dollars worth of food, my order sat on the counter for 15 minutes while they served drive through customers, Im sure it was sitting for another 15 minutes before i got there, i drove 15 minutes home and all our food was cold, the owner/manager told me to go through uber eats, and said if they dont refund me that he would. Uber eats didnt refund me, and when i contacted Wasaba the owner/manager he said he couldnt do anything for me because it would be a deficit to his company.
