My first time I gave it 2.5 stars for the pho but it's gone downhill today. They need to train their staff a lot better because the young lady that served me today got both my orders wrong. She also got it wrong when trying to fix my order.
The first wrong item was giving me rice noodles instead of the standard noodles for dumpling noodle soup. She didn't even ask me the type of noodles but most places serve it with the standard chewy noodles. The other mistake was I ordered a b1 which is braising chicken on rice. But the cook was about to give me vermicelli noodles with the braising chicken. After a few attempts to get it fixed. I gave up in frustration and just accepted the wrong order. Both meals were tasteless and a total waste of my money.
I hardly give out bad scores but this is unfortunate. Avoid at any cost and don't be fooled by the photos as it won't look or taste...

The guys behind the counter were fast and efficient and I didn't have to wait long for my hot pho. Thank you! Sorry I forgot to take pics before I wolfed everything down!
PS - my pho was comparable in price to the zinger sandwich and a side of coleslaw at KFC (so not good, but that's...
Read moreOrdered 2 sandwiches, the bread was stale and on the wrong bread (old stale ciabatta) for the type of sandwich.
I asked for a refund for the one that had not yet been touched as I already took a bite from the other. While I do understand that it cannot be re-sold or consumed, my point is to highlight I am not a customer trying to grift free food by eating half of it prior to asking for a "refund".
They insisted I did not know what bread "real" Vietnamese sandwiches were on. Apparently, only the real ones are old stale Costco ciabatta buns.
They ultimately declined the refund an invited me to throw it in the garbage if I don't like...
