Absolutely LOVE Nemo Sushi To Go! This little gem is hands-down my go-to spot whenever I’m craving fresh, delicious, and beautifully made sushi. Everything is always made to order, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavour. Their bento boxes are a steal — perfectly portioned, super tasty, and such a great value.

The gyoza? Crispy perfection. The rolls? Packed and flavourful without being overloaded with sauce like other places. Even the rice tastes better here — seasoned just right.

On top of the amazing food, the staff are always friendly, fast, and welcoming. They clearly care about their customers and it shows. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or picking up dinner after a long day, Nemo Sushi makes everything feel just a little better.

I have been ordering delivery from Nemo since moving to Nanaimo in 2021 upon commencing my studies at VIU. Their food and service is unparalleled, there is no other place like them!!! From the fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and delicious appetizers, you cannot go wrong. Absolutely amongst the best sushi I’ve had, and I have eaten at countless restaurants (sushi compromises most of my diet:) Definitely amongst the best on the island. Something that they did, I’m not sure if they do anymore, is personalized sticky notes thanking the customer for their order. I dropped into this really nice Sushi take out place tonight. I ordered Gyoza, Yam Tempura, Spicy Tuna Sashimi, Seaweed Salad and Sushi Rice. The Gyoza and Yam Tempura were wonderfully hot and tasty, even with the added time of getting home. Nice. The delectable Gyoza came with a wonderful tart and tangy sauce that balanced them out perfectly. Yummy. The Yam Tempura was tender, sweet and very crispy, the tempura sauce having a lovely delicate flavour. It was actually one of the nicest Tempura dishes I've ever eaten. Bonus points. The Spicy Tuna Sashimi was delicious, with the right amount of heat and flavour. The Sashimi came with soy sauce, Wasabi, pickled ginger and lemon to prepare the meal to taste. The seaweed salad and sushi rice were good. It's nice to have a great Sushi place in the neighbourhood....
