Pho Boi, A Taste of Vietnam — Restaurant in Nanaimo

I went to this restaurant over a year ago while there were still some restrictions such as a mask mandate. I went with family, and we were all ordered together. We decided we wanted to order some more things after our initial order, and in addition we requested some condiments and extra dishes that we didn't have on the table. The young lady that was helping gave us a very upset look and when she returned with our order she roughly laid our orders down on the table and said in a stern voice that because they wanted to reduce contact we were supposed to order everything in one order. Although I understand what she was saying, a main component of dine in is customer service so if they were so frightened of contact it would make more sense to just close down for the time being. I confronted her and told her that her behaviour was rude, she loudly said "I and the manager!" Causing everyone's heads to turn which embarassing. I mentioned to her that I didn't ask, she said loudly again "I am the manager!" I told her again that I didn't ask her that I was just telling her that she was being rude, she just rolled her eyes sighed and walked away. I repeat myself because I thought she misunderstood me but now it appears to me that she was letting me know of her position as a means of intimidation. I personally really like the pho here, it's clean, light, and come really fast, me and my boyfriend always choose to have a quick dinner there. However, I feel really disappointed what happened today, we normally will order some fried wings as side(it usually come half drumstick and half wings). But today when I got it, I felt shocked, there's 5 drumsticks and only one wings with it, I know every store will give customer half drumstick half wings and I used to work in kitchens too. But it's my first time seem a restaurant give me 1 wings with 5 drumsticks. So I just asks the waitress if it is possible to change it, the first waitress is very nice to us and said she will let the kitchen re do it. Suddenly there comes another waitress just throw the plate on our table said "this is how we done the fried wings and it's all wings, no legs（at first I forgot how to say drumsticks so I told them why is al legs)" it's extremely ridiculous that as a regular customer it's my first time have a plate of drumsticks instead of wings(or I haven't seen any restaurants doing that,I understand if they are short of wings but they just do it on purpose). I tried to be nice and give some suggestions but the lady just took that plate of wings and talk loudly" I said it's all wings(part of the wings), you want it or you don't want it?" we went to our favourite pho boi place for lunch bcoz we are starving! We always come there once or twice a week. The thing is, we felt not welcome by the server, we just sit down without any menu which usually they give us to having a look, 5 min later server come with note n pen to take our order lol, we asking for menu and he says menu is on the wall lol. If he really serving us he should say from the beginning the menu barcode is on the wall, but i saw he gave menu to other table lol.after that we are ordering some food and i also ask for extra tendon on the side but he replied "is that what u want?" i'm like what kind of question was that lol. first time in my whole life server ask me this question unless he is the boss who wants to make phoboi closing down, if he's the boss its better hire some server who can look after customer n feel welcomed otherwise the business is going to be downfall. My wife even didnt eat the food coz she lost her appetite and as i say we were starving. we had to go somewhere else to hv lunch. so disappointed, if have minus 5 star i wanna give them but minimum is only 1star lol. never ever comeback....
