Subway — Restaurant in Nanaimo

I went and ordered a foot long sweet onion teriyaki chicken (almost $10) and it was so poorly made and wrapped that when I opened it back up the sub was soggy and covered in sauce. It didn't get eaten. So I went back, with a picture, and the guy with black rimmed glasses working there says, so what's wrong with it? (Very clearly you can see it's soggy in the picture and completely disgusting looking) And the other guy starts saying, do you have the sandwich? Where's your receipt? (Without even looking at me too I might add) And I explained, again, I had forgotten it on my porch but I wasn't about to go back for a third time, from Nanoose Bay to get the sub. I expected an apology (I was talking to the guy who made the sub in the first place, and a freshly made sub, but all I got was rude looks and an "o-kaaay" and sent on my way pissed off and empty handed. Needless to say, I won't be returning since it wasn't made right, in my opinion, I am forever gonna be owed that sub. I paid for that! And those guys have absolutely no customer...

I have only ever written one review on a place of business. I only write reviews if I feel that there is a strong need for it. There is a kid that works here at night named Tristen and he's very unfriendly. I've been in a couple times to give him the benefit of the doubt. He never greets me. He never even asks what I want. Just looks at me and expects me to start ordering. I ordered parmesan oregano bread once and all he said was "no parm". No "I'm sorry, we're sold out of that right now"...just very unprofessional and impersonal. He never says please or thank you. He needs some serious customer service training or a job where he doesn't have to talk to people at all. Bad vibes. Other than that, I've had great experiences here with...

I orderd a great canadian double meet. The lady tells me do you want double bacon aswell. I told her yesh i asked for double meat. She then tells me the bacon dose not count as a double meat even tho a great canadian has bacon turkey and ham. Not once have i been charhed double meet and a seprate bill of double bacon as i tols her from any subway. I then said fine just make it a single meat no double. She then finishes my ordee and says double meet even after i said leave is single. What a joke. this is why i never come...
