I love Mexican and quick food. So I adore this place. Combinaing some of my favorite things is an easy win in my books.
Food is not top tier quality but the flavors and quantity is there for what you pay. Some of their items hit stronger than others. I'm a big fan of the burritos and tacos but not so much for much of the queso dusted items. Prefer more substantial cheese.
I've been very impressed with the staff here. Always friendly and willing to help. I approve of their service every time I'm there. Only had one minor incident that I wanted to go and wasn't asked for option and was giving a dine in. This was easily amended but a notable nitpick
Of course the seating is based on the mall and high variance to availability and cleanliness so I won't expound here.

The last time i was at this taco time , i asked for extra cheese on my tacos. The manager said there is a .75 cent charge per taco for extra cheese. I said thats ok with me. But i didn't get extra cheese on my tacos. If you pay for extra cheese you should get it. I talked to the same guy today about my last visit here. I told him that i paid the cost of extra cheese but didn't get it. He tried to say yes i did. Said he made the tacos his self. I said no you didnt make the tacos yourself. It was 1 of his employees. I used to like this Tacotime at Woodgrove mall but one Vietnamese lady there seemed to be grumpy after paying her $16 change and she’s rude to dropped the tray hardly in front of me while I was filling hot sauce. She’s not friendly at all, not smiling and didn’t even look at customer’s eyes. She shouldn’t be a server with her rude attitude! The cheese taco was super salty but I couldn’t taste the cheese at all probably mostly salt. Plus they are super cheap to give a small plastic glass of tap water which is not enough to quench the thirst after eating their salty burrito. I wouldn’t recommend this fast food. Rude server...
