I have always been a long-term customer of Tim Hortons. I was very excited for this one when it was built close to home.
Some experiences that I've had: -Being the only person in Drive Thru, the restaurant didn't seem to busy. I was told to park when there was no one behind me and that my bacon panini would take a while. They did NOT put bacon in the panini and I was in too much of a hurry to ask for the bacon I paid for... -Ordered 5, just 5, timbits and being rudely told "No we only sell a 10 pack." I explained I wanted just 5 SEPARATE timbits and the lady running the drive thru window put in 10 anyway. I decided to just leave it, whatever not worth my time there's a bit of an afternoon rush. I pay and ask "Are you not able to buy 5 individual timbits? I've bought just 5 here previously with no troubles." Drive thru employee proceeded to tell me "Oh in order to... (she paused) It's the same price as a ten pack! You're getting a better deal!!" and turned her back on me. -Cream cheese being skimped on severely... -I ordered a hot chocolate, london fog, a donut, a muffin and a pack of ten timbits and took about 5-10 minutes... the manager didn't really see anything wrong with this.
The place is kept very clean so props for that. A shame that management doesn't really care and allows for this type of thing. If there's ANY poor service ask for your receipt and file a complaint with corporate... hopefully if enough of us do this, there'll be some changes.
Edit:
I forgot to mention but the line is not even clear for the store. There's two doors and they line is set up so you have to circle around a display rather than step automatically in line right from the door... I found this leads to LOTS of confusion from customers when they discover they have to go around a...

Ordered icecap and got it only like 3/4 full and was a weird dark tinge, and pretty melted. Some things never change, like university village timmies.
Hair/fuzz in bagel, my sandwich looked like it was assembled by a toddler with no sense where the circle and square goes. The window-person was rushing us, never told us the price until she brought the POS, didn’t give us straws or napkins and just closed the window without a word. Before this the female At the ordering board refused to serve us bagels and said “no hot food at this time sorry”, I know this is false because I worked at timmies for a while. After telling her that’s not the case, she changed her mind. We asked for a cheese bagel and she said “we don’t have any cheese..” not giving any actual information to work with.
Sat in the parking lot to eat the creation while it fell apart; a truck sat at the window for about 9-12 minutes.
This happened with the night crew at 9:30~ PM 2020/01/01....
Read moreNormally its okay, still gets my order wrong with at least one item i get each time i go but thats besides the point.. I went in the drive thru today, the cones were no where near the speakers to indicate that one was closed, so i went to the first. I soon realized that it may have been closed and as i was trying to back up and a person told me on the speaker to go in the second which, i told them i realized and was trying too. Then a second women came out, and was being extremely rude asking how i didn’t see the cones. I explained that no one would know it was closed unless they moved them closer to the speaker so we couldnt still drive in. All she said was ‘well thats because we had a delivery truck come earlier’, how was i suppose to know??? So the whole time i was trying to back up she kept glaring at me and telling me to move. So I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning. Super upset with how I was treated when the cones weren’t even placed near the...
