Dear Everybody, I may only know a few things in this lifetime, however - I do know that I drink a TON of london fogs and tonight, featured a bountifully (‘black’) honey lemon tea. Great surprise because was I ever speechless when I pulled away from the drive through this evening. I honestly called the store afterwards, to let her know, just how much I appreciated the effort that went into making my ‘tea experience’ review, even a possibility tonight. This particularity, spectacular customer service representative absolutely blew me away, people. It’s not everyday, I see this phenomenons display of uptight professional hairstyle, with an abundance of ‘hair clippage’ and let me tell you, the glitter and sparkle this ‘personality’ had; left my jaw on the floor. I loved every minute of this wonderful opportunity. Please, keep up the incredulous work, that has me stunned. Your beauty astounds me, bravo Amanda. You’re grape. 🍇 Here’s a review, to commend you for your hard work and fair you add, with style and steeze. Touché, thanks again for...

I drop by this Tim Hortons from time to time, and every visit has been top-notch. The staff here are amazing—super friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. They did slip up once and put sugar in my coffee (which I didn’t ask for), but hey, we’re all human. I gave the manager a quick call and they didn’t hesitate—they replaced my order right away, no fuss, just great service!
What really made this location special for me, though, was the connection. As someone who has a house in the Philippines with my dad, it felt heartwarming to chat and laugh with members of the Filipino community here. It felt like home away from home—with Timbits.
If you're in the area and want good vibes with your Double Double, I can't recommend this Tim Hortons enough. Just maybe double-check your coffee if you're on a sugar-free...
Read moreThis morning I went to Tim Hortons and specifically ordered my drink with almond milk because I cannot have dairy or gluten. The cup was even labeled “almond milk and sugar,” but when I took my first sip, it was obvious there was dairy in it. Within minutes I was in pain from something I made very clear I could not consume.
This is not just a mistake—it’s negligence. If someone with a severe allergy had received this drink, it could have been life-threatening. Labeling it as almond milk when it clearly wasn’t is unacceptable.
I will never go to this location again. If Tim Hortons cannot train their staff to properly handle dietary restrictions and allergen requests, then they should not be serving these options at all.
Absolutely awful experience, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting what they are being...
