I was going to leave a great review cuz I've been going here for 6 years and love the wing deals and specials and such. But now you've changed your wing specials from $10.95 to $13.95! And what's worse you've made restrictions on hours to be able to take advantage of such a "great deal"...?! Yes, i realize prices have gone up. I'm not living under a rock. They've gone up everywhere. But if that's going to be the case, then customers can't afford to come out at all anymore. And don't even try to compare what I equate a pub to groceries. I have no choice but to buy groceries. I have a CHOICE to go out to a pub. It's a nice luxury that I can't afford if your prices go up prohibitively. I hope the additional $3 and more restricted hours on when wing night is accessible helps you make ends "meat"...instead of keeping it low and having more bodies in the pub, you'll now have higher prices and less people..you do the math. Does that make cents to you...?I hope you lose MORE customers, cuz you've definitely lost us! a bunch of us always went there now we won't be....

This has been the law since 2013. They don't want minors so they may have not applied. It is their choice if they want to serve minors food when they apply for or update their license. If they wanted to, they could have updated their license, just like the many other pubs we've been to. This is the norm. They are making it sound like their hands are tied. If they wanted to serve families with teens, all they have to do is apply. Common place in Europe and even in good...
Read moreHad the most amazing tater tots some time ago, and would come back again! But, that is not what I'm here to talk about: let's talk about "the sign". It's come to light that some folks don't like the light humour that Andrew, the owner, wanted to convey while looking to hire new staff. What some people decided to do was berate him based in wild assumptions about how his alleged underpaying of his staff; you could not be more wrong, naive internet police. Based on sources which I cannot name, the staff who work at The Landlubber make well over the minimum wage AND receive extended benefits. So, the next time you decide to ride the internet waves of hate try to see it from the point of view of the person who wrote "the sign" before you decide to call them names you'd never say in person...
