While up in Edmundston for a class reunion, we had breakfast here. My dad had suggested it but was unable to make it down for breakfast, so my husband and I decided to check it out anyway. It is run by the Maliseet tribe. The restaurant is a small split level building. The servers bust their butts, because the main kitchen is on the entrance floor and most of the tables are on the upper level, so they are constantly going up and down the stairs. It wasn’t super crowded, but most of the tables were filled. It was fairly loud in there, though.
I ordered the Perry’s Special and my husband ordered the Ham and Cheese Omelet, along with coffee for both of us. The coffee was delicious and hot.
Our server brought us fruit skewers, which was something different! Served on a metal skewer, it had pineapples, grapes, oranges and melons. It was a delightful start to breakfast.
We opted to skip the toast and just had home fried potatoes and a side of bacon.
For the Perry’s Special, I chose bacon for my mix-in with my scrambled eggs. It was well cooked and flavorful. My husband enjoyed the ham and cheese omelet as well. We both especially enjoyed the home fried potatoes. Everything was delicious!

Read moreOrdered the Popular breakfast and when asked for regular bacon or crispy I asked for regular. My breakfast came my bacon was so burnt I thought was going to break my teeth. I took a bite out of the second piece hoping it was edible but it was just as burnt as the first. I never complain but after ordering a $20+ breakfast I did say something. The waitress took my 2.5 + slices of bacon back to the kitchen and not only did they not replace the order of bacon but they replaced what I had with 2 slices...so less. So I questoned how that worked and the waitress went back to the cook and the cook said I only sent back 2 slices of bacon.....LIE!!! It actually started off on the wrong foot when we came in and was ignored while standing at the WAIT TO BE SEATED sign. We finally sit down and waited a long time for menus. The waitress actually came back to our table after we had ordered to ask if we had ordered yet (yes the same waitress that took oir order. I had to ask multiple times for napkins (which isnt huge) but it just added to the entire experience. Sadly I will not come here again when passing through and I do not reccommend this place. By my experience I would have to assume it was friends and family of the staff that have given them the...
Read moreFirst time having breakfast here. I have to say i was very satisifed and we enjoyed the food and the experience. We were greeted & seated promptly. The service was good. We both took a regular breakfast plate, coffee, 2 eggs, bacon (4 large slices), hashbrowns and 2 toast that were the size of 4 toast. We also got a skewer of fresh fruit before the plate came (for those who like fruit in the morning, we are not much of morning fruit eaters) the portions were more than enough and there was food left over. I was expecting alot less when the menu said it was only $10.99 per breakfast. I recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be going again. The service was also excellent and we were well...
