This is a nice restaurant.  The decor is fun and intriguing.  The dining room is nice and large.  There's plenty of seating to accommodate all tastes, including places at the bar.  It is clean and welcoming.  They have a very nice Patron display. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgable about their menu.  During my last visit, I had the chicheron and chips as an appetizer and the chicken quesadilla.  I had a local IPA before my meal, a whiskey sour during my meal, and a double whiskey on the rocks to wash it all down.  My visit cost me about $90 with tip.  Don't expect to eat here for under $25 per person. The food was good.  The staff even broke out the hot sauces for me.  Everything was very well seasoned but not spicy.  The staff broke out some hot sauces for me.  The weakest was the Challupa, but they have some pretty extreme sauces available for the thrill seekers. The restaurant is easy to find and they offer plenty of parking space.  This place is not wheelchair accessible. I always enjoy my visits to this restaurant.  The food and staff are always great.  I don't go too often, though, as the prices are a bit steep.  If you are in the mood for some good spanish/Mexican  inspired dishes, this is the place for you.  It's a nice different type of restaurant that can be found in the Edmundston region.  They haven't...

Me and me partner came to the restaurant for the first time and everything was fantastic. The staff is inviting, the atmosphere is beautiful and very festive, and the food is a show stopper. I was gonna take photos, but me and my partner both went at it before we realized, it was THAT good.

I took the TRADITIONAL CHORIZO & SHRIMP SOPES with the Cilantro lime rice, very flavorful and 100% must try, large portion chorizo and shrimp. The cilantro and lime rice is very well done and light perfect palette clenser.

My partner took the TACO SALAD with srimp she explained it was flavorful and very fresh and you get for what you pay for.

For desert we ordered the ¡QUÉ PADRE! BUÑUELOS with honey cinnamon sugar they were light fluffy and the right sweetness.

Overall excellent experience and must stop if you want great food at a...

We visited this restaurant on July 21 and I waited until we got home before writing this review. It was not busy. After being greeted and seated we waited about 15 minutes and no one came to our table. I went to find the greeter and told him no one had come. Our server arrived and took drink order. About 8 or10 minutes later our drinks arrived and we ordered our dinner (2 burritos). It took 30+ minutes (seemed like an hour) before it arrived, not piping hot and mostly rice - very little beef or chicken. And it was just warm, not hot. And not even very tasty! I told our server it was about the worst service we’d ever received. She said it was because they only had 2 chefs in the kitchen. We pointed out that we should have been advised of the problem.

2 years ago we had a very good experience here.

We will...

Exceeded my expectations, very good. I wasn’t expecting much because it’s been opened just for a few days and I was hesitant about a Mexican restaurant in this area, but I was gladly surprised. The good: decor is well done, nice modern ambiance; service was quick and servers very nice, was opened until 11pm on a weekday…a nice rarity; food very well presented and good, menu has interesting new options, we tried fish tacos which were crunchy and perfectly done, chicharron entrée was great meat, cochinita tacos tasty. Cocktails good. Prices regular/high. Good variety of salsas. To improve: make salt available at the table. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. I find it better than Mexican restaurants in Moncton. I Wish them success.

If taste buds had a bucket list, Que Padre would be on it—twice. This Edmundston gem doesn’t just serve food; it throws a fiesta on your plate and hands your soul a margarita. The chips and salsa? So good they might just text your ex to say, “I’ve moved on.” The burrito? A warm hug wrapped in tortilla. And the drinks? Let’s just say they’re the kind of awesome that makes you believe in happy hour miracles. (FRIDAY MARGARITA FOR THE WIN) The vibe? Think neon sombrero meets cozy Canadian charm. You walk in and suddenly feel like you’re the main character in a spicy rom-com set in a salsa bar. Verdict: Come hungry, leave with a new favorite restaurant and possibly a new catchphrase—“Que Padre, indeed!”

I was stopping in Edmunston on the way to Nova Scotia, as I think many do — and at first glance, there were not many exciting food options in town. So to come across this place was a real treat. The tacos, burrito bowl and guacamole were all very good, and the service was friendly. I was especially impressed with how fresh the Ingredients clearly were, how the flavours were considered, and the presentation was nice too. My only quibbles were with some under-seasoning of the guac and of one of the tacos — and I found the margarita to be way too cloyingly sweet, more like soda than a cocktail. But overall I really enjoyed the meal and think it’s probably the best dining experience in Edmunston.
