Worst experience at a Tims in years! Service is horrible. Waited my turn in line and when I get to the desk to order the girl just stares at me when I spoke english. Didn't even say 'excusez' or even speak in french. I speak some french too. Then she proceeds to have a conversation with another employee who had his back to the customers the entire time. He didn't even acknowledge me or that she was with a customer. They both walk away without taking my order and now start taking orders at the other cash. Now I wait in line again and then the same girl suddenly trys to take my order again and again walks away when I spoke english. She drags another english speaking employee to the desk and he takes the order. They don't have chicken noodle soup...isnt that an everyday item? Now the same girl takes my money and gives me back more than half as change. I feel bad since she obviously is so new she can't even count canadian money. She gets yet another person to help understand the issue and this one can't even subtract 27 from 40 and gets paper and a pencil out to dothe math. Not one ever apologized or even acknowledged the situation, or said thank you or that they were sorry for the wait! And when we left that employee still had his back to the...
   Read moreI recently visited this Tim Hortons and was shocked by the behavior of the manager on duty. While waiting for my order, I watched the manager yelling at staff, barking orders like âget me this, get me that,â nonstop. The poor young employee looked completely overwhelmed and unsure what to do.
When confronted, the manager claimed, âThis is just how I talk.â Thatâs not acceptable. Leadership means setting a good example â not intimidating or belittling your team. No employee deserves to be treated with such disrespect in front of customers or ever.
It was honestly appalling to witness, and it left a terrible impression of the store. Tim Hortons should take immediate action â no one in a leadership position should behave this way. The managerâs conduct was unprofessional and she should be held accountable...
