I ordered two panzerotti’s last night from the Alliston Pizzaville location and received what looked and tasted like two pieces of extremely burned toast. I can understand cooking them a little more than a pie, but not cremating them like this. My wife and I tried a couple bites, but the black sections would just shatter upon cutting with a knife and the flavor was that of charcoal briquettes from your barbeque. Unfortunately, they went into the garbage along with the want to ever order from this location again. Alliston is filled with great places to buy pizza and Pizzaville is NOT one of them. As I do not recognize any of the employee’s, I believe management has changed along with quality at this establishment. After contacting the store, we were offered a 50% discount on a 100% ruined meal. So anyone who doesn’t enjoy overly burnt Panzo’s, stay away from here !!!!!

I'll start by saying the toppings were spot on. You can taste the freshness and the pizza had the right ratio of meat, vegetables and cheese. However, the pizza was undercooked and the crust was far too thin for a 5 topping large pizza. If this is how thin the "regular" crust is I would love to see what they call a thin crust pizza. Besides these two small things the pizza is really good. Delivery was timely, earlier than it estimated online and they had some decent deals to get a meal at a reasonable price.

Pizzaville is my go-to pizza place in Alliston. The ingredients are fresher than the average chain (not processed), and the same 2 guys that are always working make a mean pizza. Everything is always ready on time (and often before i get there). Coming from the city I used to go to pizziolo often, but don't find the quality of the Alliston location as good. Pizzaville all the way!

Sad to say, but I'm left extremely disappointed with my overall order experience this evening. Simply ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings for delivery to my house, which is about 10mins from this location. Over an hour went by and no pizza. Just sitting at home, checking the front door, wondering whether or not the pizza is even coming.. We called the pizza automator and asked about our order. The lady then reported back to the store and was told that the driver came to our house and was told a pizza wasn't ordered - so he left. Clearly, a confusion of the address location - understanding that it happens! We then asked to be contacted by the driver to discuss the confusion of the location. Got in touch with the driver and we spoke about the right location and how he actually ended up at the wrong house. We then asked about the pizza - "you know it's been over an hour... how long has the pizza been sitting now?" because he got lost and pizzaville doesn't allow contact to customers... so us as customers have to call. (Which, I strongly believe needs to be reviewed for better customer service in the future.) The driver was very polite and obviously sincere about the situation which was appreciated. He assured us that he made another delivery after he went to the wrong house and that the pizza should still be fairly hot and good. As he arrived at our door about 5-7mins after our call, we paid and went on about our night. Understanding, ok - things happen. 2 or 3 things now.. but we're pretty easy going with the industry. Now, we finally sit to eat and open the pizza. Half the pizza was 'tolerable' and that's being generous. The center (meaning the tips of each slice) was as if it was dipped and left in water and then placed in the box. Extremely soggy, the toppings were sliding right off. The pizza had no shape to it. Looking under the box - the table was puddled in grease that actually bled through... So, after all this we called customer service again. The same lady we first spoke to was the same lady that was VERY clueless on how to deal with a clear customer complaint. If the customer explains the situation and then awaits your response for accomadations and you don't make any.. what does that tell you? No customer should have to ask "So, after all this.. what are my options?" After being very understanding, but slowly losing patience, we just said we don't want to wait for another pizza. She then offers us a CREDIT - wait for it... 7$. No explanation and pretty much saying here is 7$ off your next order, IF you chose to order from us again. Kind of a slap in the face if you ask me - for a 20$ pizza that was way over an hour to arrive and if we hadn't called would have never even arrived (Also note: it's a Sunday night at 9:47pm when the order was placed - not a dinner rush hour). Fairly warm and completely soggy - And I'm still going to pay for it... Plus the tip we still gave the driver because we're those kind of people. Needless to say, immensely appalled by the company's overall vision and execution of...

Horrible! I’m shocked to see so many decent reviews. Either people’s standards are really low OR they’ve never experienced proper take out from ordering-quality-to customer service.

My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up through online order. Husband gets there, he’s told it will be 5 mins. He’s watching multiple people enter and exhaust with their pizzas before ours. His number gets called and there’s one pizza. The same pizza my hunny noticed sitting off to the side when he was told it will be a 5 min wait.

Husband says I ordered 2 pizzas. Owner says ok wait I’ll make the other pizza. Hubby says umm no thanks. One has been sitting. I was in time and you weren’t ready. So husband suggested he make both at the same time. Owner hums and haws so hubby says forget it. Refund please.

The entire time we have our one son with us in the car and he’s going back and forth.

The owner could have offered so much more than he did. He could’ve made our Oder and sent us on our way and said it would be delivered or something in an attempt to make it right. Not even an apology especially because we order often. The owner lives 4 houses down from me!

Such mediocre pizza to begin with and then you have to deal with this. 👌🏻Nice 🙄

Save your time, money and aggravation people. Make your own pizza or drive the city to have it. Not worth it.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this...

I love the pizza, but the staff doesn't know what they're doing. On two seperate occasions I requested Kalamata olives. The cashiers (two different employees) didn't know what Kalamata olives are. Each time I asked specifically, did you run out or do you no longer carry it? They said they no longer have it. I have gone back and ordered Kalamata olives since. With a senior employee; he was confused when I questioned about them not carrying it.

Why doesn't the staff know what they sell? If they're not sure...they should ask for help. This is basic common sense.

On another occasion I went into the store and there was 3-4 staff, I ordered take out and waited. I watched as one of them boxed both of my pizzas and left it on top of the ovens, so he could go hang out at the back of the store. I watched as all the staff sat around doing nothing, accept chat to one another and do their own thing. I got angry and yelled at them after 10 min of waiting. It was completely unacceptable, and all the staff just stared. Like I was speaking an unknown language, they said nothing and I left. That was unpleasant and unnecessary. I go...
