Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in New Tecumseth

they put the wrong sauce on my burrito, and used the hottest sauce instead. i didn't notice until i took a bite and it burned my mouth so badly that i couldn't feel anything but tingling pain. my tongue swelled up and i ended up in the ER with a burned esophagus and mouth. filled out the customer concern form on the website and haven't heard back. I understand that mistakes happen, but you'd think the sauce labels would be more carefully labeled to avoid situations like this. (no, this was not my first time eating here, yes i get the same thing every time, no my order was not any different than it has been for the past 5 years.)

The owner of the store reached out to me personally, and had viewed the security footage in order to figure out exactly what happened. Not only were they extremely dedicated in resolving the issue, but they were equally dedicated in figuring out what had happened to prevent it from happening again in the future. I feel truly valued as a customer. (I am also okay, no permenant damage was caused and will have a full recovery in a few days). Thank you to Quesada for its dedication to its customers and service. And a note for future or current customers, there is a section on their website under ‘contact us’ to fill out a form for any issues you may have, whether it was with the food or service. I received a response within 24 hours, along with compensation for the mistake. And please remember, these are people too. First time every trying Quesada, my first impression before trying. I assumed it wouldnt be as great as other burrito places ive tried. Today i tried it for the first time, in Alliston, the variety, of food isnt great but the addition of Quesda, improved it. The customer service was amaizng, over all store front impression of the area was clean opening and inviting. The workers had a clean work place behind the table. Fast and efficien. Manager was soft spoken, he puts the customer first.

The food.... the food was above and beyond my expectations, the chicken was the best chicken ive had in any burrito place. The spicy chicken was fresh and actually spicy. Finally these guys had a fountain drinks, im sick of bottles and cans.

No i don’t work here, i just love food. If i had to say something they could improve on, the server spoke a bit fast but that was fine for me cuz i listen fast. But other than that 10/10 overall.

First of all I would like to say that everyone there truly cares about your food, as a former employee I was astonished by the level of professionalism as I have had previous jobs and this one takes the cake. The food there is amazing, I never ate there before I worked there, but as soon as I ate there once I was hooked, I am even writing this review with a burrito in hand 😂. I recommend this place to literally everyone, I worked there for around 3 or so months and I still crave the food a year or two after. As being a former staff member I saw the ins and outs of the place and almost everything was prepped fresh, the guacamole is made in house and is phenomenal.
