Updated - service continues to be the worst *
Had a terrible experience waiting for food, as after 10 mins with no bagel, when I interrupted chatting food prep employees, I was simply told the order wasn't there. When I confirmed the order was placed and must have been deleted I was met with further resistance. To top it all off, as I was loudly expressing my displeasure with the lack of service while this employee was simply chatting with another coworker, I was then lectured by the same employee how I should be speaking in front of my hungry toddler.
A complaint was filed with head office and a call was received by an area representative about 2 weeks later. My concerns were voiced and I was advised that management would address the issue. No further contact.
June 16, 2018 - Drive through employee refused to swipe my Tim's card and advised of a corporate directive that they are no longer to swipe a customer's card. I've only ever encountered this once before at a Tim's (conveniently at the same location) about 8 months previous.
I challenged the employee on the policy as I frequent other location drive throughs and have never encountered this. I was rudely dismissed and the window was closed on me.
Well, at least the poor customer service is consistent.
Management clearly has no idea what goes on in this location or...

I was warned when I first moved in not to ever go to this Timhortons but wow.
It's 10am and they have "sold out" of hashbrowns as if the 40 min I waited to get to the speaker wasn't enough to cook up more.
But the lady at the window was just horrible, rude, brash and quite frankly repulsive. It's roll up the rim time, I had my app ready to scan but she THREW the card reader out for me to pay while she was looking behind her. No hi, no nothing. I said, after tapping "so you guys aren't doing the scanning for the roll up the rim?"
She said "yes but it's too late now." In an angry tone.
I asked "so you don't tell people? You just make them pay and say too late huh?"
And then she replied with "it's been going on long enough, you should know already."
I was warned. Yesterday a client of mine had her whole order wrong. My husband got buttered bagels with NO BUTTER ON THEM. I could go on.
Nope, it was my first time there. Never again. I'm done with this location already. Fire that lady, asap or I'm going to head office. Stop hiring people who can't deal with customers.

Read moreI stopped by this tim hortons after my afternoon shift, and the service was absolutely abysmal..at the order screen the lady kept rushing our order for just 2 coffees such as I ordered one large iced coffee and all I here is "drive up" my order wasn't finished and I asked may I please have a large white hot chocolate and she practically screams into the mic "DRIVE UP" at the window we see the woman who infact took our order texting on her phone, taking about 1 minute to make the drinks, no greeting and no price for the two drinks I will no longer be coming here because of that awful service not to mention the iced coffee isn't served. As a previous tim hortons worker of 3 years this is absolutely unacceptable i understand it takes a time to make drinks but with texting on your phone it doubles that time.
