If I could rate this particular location a zero, I would. Tonight was the last chance given to this brutal location. This evening, I used the drive thru. In the past, I've had very sub-par and unsatisfactory meals from this particular location, but I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. I'll try to make this short and sweet.
I used a 2 can dine coupon so I couldn't get my regular double Big Mac combo, the girlfriend gets a regular Big Mac combo. I told the crew member that I wanted one of the Big Mac combos with double meat, essentially making it a double Big Mac so I could still use the coupon. I knew I had to pay extra for the patties, no sweat. I also large sized both of the fries.
Pictured below is what I took out of the bag as soon as I got home. Completely as-packed and untouched. I got my two extra patties in a hot cake/big breakfast tray (also, no seasoning) when the order taker knew I wanted them on my burger. Because they were in this tray, they were almost ice cold when I took them out. Both large fries looked as you see in the picture. At an absolute best, the amount of fries in each box was a bulky medium, again, at the absolute best. (note: there were no fries in the bags either, they were made this way as you see). I think anyone would agree that noone should ever get a large fry, let alone 2 of them, that look like this. Absolutely disgraceful.
I spent almost 5 whole years of my life working for this company, and have always been a big connoisseur and advocate for their products and service. The store I worked at would have NEVER allowed crew members to 'make' such garbage, and let it be served as such. I feel embarrassed for the management and the people running the circus they have going on there that allows customers to be served like this.
Tonight was another and now final chance given to this location to redeem themselves, but have failed miserably. I would strongly advise you seek another spot than this one if you want to reduce your chances of being disappointed with...
Read moreUpdate 2024: I went to this McDonalds. Their garbage service has not improved at all. Dont ever go through drive-thru. They served 3 cars that came after me in the 2nd line before they took my order.
Iwas there to pick up a mobile offer. As it is a fairly new service..they were not prepared to deal with my issue. I had placed an order earlier and was going to pick it up on my way home. They prepared it right away so the order number disappeared when I actually went to pick it up. At the end of the day, they replaced my order but not before I had an employee (I'm pretty sure she was a supervisor) tell me she couldn't help me and wasn't able to fulfill my order. It was only after 3 other employees tried to help me that a manager said to simply the replace the order I never got. I even had an emailed receipt which I showed her and she still said that I must have picked it up already. 😑 The original lady later apologized and said that because she had never encountered this situation before that she had told me that previously that I was out of luck and would just have to re-order AND repay for everything. Problem solved..but only after I had been trying to get my order for over 20 minutes.
Also, when you go through the Drive Thru..9 times out of 10 they make you pull over to wait for your order. You end up waiting at least 5 minutes. Even for an iced coffee. What happened to the service level agreement McDonald's has to their clients to get them through the drive...

Today October 25th 2014 I walked in and placed an order for a quarter pound with chesse meal. After I get home I sit down to eat it, After the first bite I was no longer interested in eating it. The meat was old like it has been sitting there for a few hours and it was cold. The fries were also cold.
See what I dont understand is that why do they keep the meat for that long. I worked at Wendys for 3 years and they would have us make new burgers every 20 minutes. Mcdonalds is a big chain and they cant seem to get anything right there.
This has happened so many times in the past that Im fed up with it. Mcdonalds has lost yet another unsatisfied customer.
Also 1 more thing I should include is that even if you call you cant get a hold of anyone then when you go in you see them standing around half the time. The reason why they dont answer the phone is because they know that they messed up but would rather not here their mistakes from other people.
