Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Newmarket

I just heard of how my grandfather was treated at this location on Saturday, July 3. He tried to bring home a nice dinner and stopped for subs. After arriving home, he realized that only one of the three subs had any meat on it. He promptly called the store, speaking to a Matthew, who failed to even acknowledge that my grandpa had been in the store, 15 minutes prior. When asked for the subs to be replaced, he was told no one delivered. Being unable to return to the store, he asked about the next time he came in. He was assured by Matthew that his meal would be replaced. On Monday the 5th, he returned and spoke to the assumed manager, who denied even knowing Matthew. No subs were replaced, no refund was offered. He simple asked for my grandfathers number, and failed to call. I was horrified to learn how your staff treats senior citizens, and I know my grandfather will not be returning to any Mr Sub locations, after repeatedly being given the run around. Just watched a gentleman who looks like a manger, make my sub using gloves as he should. But then realized. He didn't change his gloves after wiping off the extra lettuce of the counter. No biggie. But when he made my change with the same gloves. I wanted to say something but decided it would be easier and less embarassing to leave this review and go to Subway next time. Well done Mr Sub. Was nostalgic for one of your subs. Like KFC and their "parts", you lost another client. Don't waste your money. Unless you monitor everything that happens to your food. I just had the most offensive interaction with the person working in this place. I went there with my girlfriend and friend to get a sub only to be yelled at as soon as we stepped in and told that we will not be served because last time we decided to sit outside the store and eat our subs, on a warm summer night. Apparently if you decide to eat outside you will be refused service the next time. Furthermore we were called names and threatened in front of a crowd of customers standing there.
