This would normally be a great review. However my family had an experience with a presumed new hire that I cannot let slide. Customer service is key, and as someone who has been buying more Starbucks than I care to admit, not once have me or my family encountered a ruder employee and interaction at the counter. His behaviour was unacceptable and unprofessional. In no way do I believe that the customer is always right, however if a customer is more than polite and cordial, a response elicited by an employee to a customer, with a level of unprofessionalism and candour such as what was delivered to my partner in front of members of my family, my child, and in view of other staff and customers is unacceptable in all forms of business. In the pursuit of humility and understanding, I ask not that BEN be fired, However I demand that this employee must undergo training on customer service and customer to employee relations and proper interactions and possibly conflict resolution, as their reaction and demeanour cannot continue in this manner going forward. My family will not be coming to this establishment at this time and we hope that service will improve for all other guests...
Read moreI come here everyday. Today I grabbed a tumbler cup and dropped it out of excitement, knocking over a few other cups. A male employee (that i have never seen before and didnt catch his name, around 5'6" with spikey blonde hair) (not Tyler, not Asher) Came over and I said "I'm sorry i tried to catch it" which the employee responded "well you didn't! You need to be more careful around this area" speaking to us like we're toddlers and with major attitude at that. huffing and puffing while checking the merchandise. and laughed at us on our way out the door.
Accidents happen! He embarrassed us infront of a dozen customers or more all because of a dropped cup (that did not break) I will not return when this employee...

She was incredibly professional and kind during a hectic Friday morning. Somehow, my coffee order got mixed up and was replaced with a chai latte. I didn’t notice until I had already driven all the way back to work. Frustrated, I turned around and headed back to get the correct drink.
As soon as I arrived, Hannah greeted me with a warm smile and immediately apologized for the mix-up. She quickly remade my drink and even offered me a free cake pop as a kind gesture.
This is exactly how customer service should be; empathetic, efficient, and thoughtful. Mistakes happen, but Hannah turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. I’m very impressed...
