Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Newmarket

I was there Sunday morning March 11 around 11am. We ordered a chili, a everything bagel toasted with her cream cheese and a donut. We went to sit down and had to clean a table to sit down. Even though there was maybe two tables being used and at least 4 staff members standing around talking to each other. It wasn't busy at all so don't understand why we had to clean a table. I got up to get our food which was packaged to go when we said we were staying in. We got the chili but no utensils to eat the chili. No bun that usually comes with the chili. I go back to the counter and ask about the bun and utensils the guy in the back just starts laughing and blaming fellow worker. The one guy just hands me a bun without a plate or anything and gives me a plastic forks. I tell him to put it on a plate or in a bag at least, he tells me to bring the bag up, that the chili and bagel came in. There was a older gentleman at the table besides the counter that looked on in disgust. He got up to leave and called the manager over and complained to him about the experience he observed with the dirty tables and such, as well as tell him our experience. The manager never came over and apologized or anything to us. Very rude and disrespectful workers at...

The staff here is extremely rude and arrogant. I visited this store on August 31, 2018. I ordered 1 Double Double medium, 1 Sesame Bagle double toasted with butter and a honey dip donut.

The server accidentally dropped the bagel while giving from drive thru window. She immediately told this to another girl who appeared to be her immediate superior. Her name was Anna. She got very very rude with me despite that it was server's fault. She was reluctant to replace.

Then they didn't have the donut i ordered so she gave me other donut without my knowledge. When I checked it was wrong one, she said if you don't want to take that then leave.

I told her that she is being too rude and not behaving properly and I will report to her senior or store manager, she literally waived her hand and told me to do whatever you want and they will give whatever they have.

Other girl there who was serving gave me my bagel and wrong donut but no one was apologetic for their behavior.

Tim Horton's is already having very bad name and its growing even more negatively. They need to train their staff better and must invest in teaching them to be more friendly...

This morning around 8:40 the lady working at the from counter , inside the restaurant, was so unprofessional and rude. I wanted to buy 3 pack of 50 timbit and she refused so sell because she said she had to make sure that she has enough stock for drive thru clients and did not offer me an alternative. I then ask her to sell me one box of 50 pack which she did but seemed to be angry about it. when she served me that pack , I mention to her that she has enough stock to sell me a second pack without being sold out of timbit… but she refused and I told her the decision she makes do not make any sense… After I went to the drive thru asked for two pack of timbit and they were ok to serve me… I was so disappointed I cancel that order and just went to the Tim’s after Gorham st ( no frills plaza) where I received my other two pack of timbit with a smile and not complaints…. Please give a proper training to your staff… Now I never want to buy anything from your...
