Pita Pit — Restaurant in Newmarket

I don't know if there's new owners for this location or something but my pita was a complete ripoff.. I ordered an assorted deli meat pita, paid almost $15 dollars for it and proceeded to see the guy put one slice of bacon, one slice of ham and one slice on chicken on the grill that were so thinly sliced, you could see through them even before getting grilled and then a teaspoon of mushrooms, onion and green pepper.. a TEASPOON... I asked for cheddar and feta on my pita and proceeded to get a teaspoon once again of those toppings. I have been to many other locations before and have never had such stingy service and toppings. 3/4 of my pita was lettuce.. I'm not paying $15 to eat lettuce.. I'm paying to eat a pita with a substantial amount of meat and toppings that I asked for.. Definitely not coming back to this location.. and I literally live around the...

I went to this loctaion today Sat, Jan 20. I ordered 2 regular chicken Souvlaki pitas and 2 regular size chocolate banana smoothies at 12pm I was there for almost an 45 minutes as there was only one employee, 5 people in front of me and 3 people came in after. The staff was forgetting pitas on other orders , skip the dishes was going off but had to be cancelled as it wasnt tmade in time and the driver left . After waiting for quite some time.I reveied my burritos and I asked for light sauce and when I reached home to enjoy what I thought was going to be a delious lunch I opened it to a soggy pita with holes all over my my toppings falling out. Normally my husband and I have no complaints about this location, and we even drive across Newmarket to come to this one, because we find the service better than the location at Young/Davis.

We ordered using the app on Saturday and picked up our rice & salad bowls to go. I'm not entirely sure how mushrooms and pickles are remotely close, but mushrooms were not asked for and pickles were.

We'll still give this location another chance, since we've never had a bad experience here before, I just feel like more attention needs to be paid to ensure people get what they ask for. I'm just glad this isn't something we got for my Mom, since mushrooms are an allergy for her and this could have ended...
