For $55, you get a 2 course prix fixe menu for lunch and at first, I was skeptical that it would be enough food but I was very pleasantly surprised at the lunch portions! We did add another appetizer/dish (smoked cheese arancinci for $18) but even without that dish, the lunch portion would have been more than enough. The service here is top-notch and the staff are very accommodating to make your stay pleasant and are the perfect balance of being attentive but letting you enjoy the beautiful ambiance, food and scenery. I would definitely be back and highly recommended coming here for delicious food AND wine. The wine is not sold at the LCBO or local carriers so its worth coming out here. For the food, the prix fixe plates were perfectly balanced and an explosion of flavour. My appetizer was the burrata, proscuitto and grilled peaches, which are actually estate peaches and grown on site. This dish alone is worth a visit! The smoked cheese arancini was too heavy for my liking and very heavy (I am a fan of cheese) and this dish was the only disappointment as it also arrived at the table tepid (like it sat for awhile because nothing on the dish was warm or hot). We could not finish it because it was too heavy and the marinara sauce didn't stand out with the dish. For seating, you can either sit indoors, on their beautiful and extra-large patio or on the lawn facing the grape fields, which is a beautiful experience. My other comment for improvement is that I wish and hope they add more options for the prix fixe dinner. I had to have lunch here because of dietary restrictions and the selection was limited for dinner.

Had a great lunch here on the patio. The service is very friendly, almost too friendly as we had just placed our order with a server and another server approached and asked for our order. We told them we just placed our order and she said she was our main server and there must be a mix up. Strange but in any case, we placed our order and took some amazing pictures of the vineyards while waiting. The patio has such beautiful views of the row and row of vineyards. The main building is massive with tasting rooms, a store and a restaurant in the back. I recommend reservations as walk-ins, although can get lucky, may have a difficult time getting a table. We ordered the housemate foccacia with olive oil and ricotta and it did not disappoint. We also ordered the stuffed ravioli, sliced AAA beef, and the panko crusted chicken. All these dishes were top notch. Flavorful, just the right sided serving, and so satisfying. The beef was tender and melted in my mouth. It came with a grilled veggies. The Pandora crusted chicken had a really good lemon garlic sauce and the stuffed raviolis really hit the spot. Not doughy and the filling was seasoned beautifully. Highly recommended for a great lunch with friends or family or even solo to take in the amazing view with some amazing food. The menu is on the expensive side but the food strives for quality, fresh ingredients and is absolutely well worth it. Highly recommended!!

After a second disappointing experience at 2 Sisters Dining, I am beyond speechless—not only at the poor service we received, but also at the dismissive response to my formal complaint. During our recent visit, our experience was ruined by both the waitstaff and management. Despite holding a reservation, we were left sitting for 45 minutes before even being acknowledged, and then waited nearly an additional hour for our food. When I inquired about the delay, the waitress responded, “There’s 55 tables ahead of you”—hardly an acceptable response for a paying guest, let alone a VIP member. To make matters worse, my friend ordered meatballs and was met with the condescending remark, “Is that all you’re ordering?”—a level of unprofessionalism that is simply unacceptable in any dining establishment. What should have been a celebratory evening for a birthday was completely overshadowed by this poor treatment. Management failed to provide any meaningful apology or resolution when I reached out, confirming the lengthy delays and lack of service but showing no accountability for the staff’s rude behavior. As a VIP member, I have decided to cancel my membership and will no longer support a company that not only allows this level of customer service but also responds to valid complaints with indifference.

I went here once before Covid and had a fantastic experience and they had a full menu with amazing food. The ambiance was to die for. I went there last night with my husband. We drive all the way from Richmond hill just to have dinner at kitchen 76 but the experience was off. The menu was very limited and we were sat at 8:00 pm. I told the hostess I had a reservation which she said she could not find even though I showed her the booking confirmation. She did manage to find us seats which we appreciated. We sat at 8:00 pm and I ordered 2 appetizers and drinks and our entrees. The waiter waited until 9:40 to ask us if we were ready for our entrees and we said yes ofcourse, it doesn’t take 1.5 hours to eat two appetizers. He told us “alright I will go ahead and punch in your entrees now”. I was confused I thought he had already put the order through and I asked again to confirm “has it not been put through?” And he said no but he will do it now. My husband also asked the same question and he fully confirmed that it hasn’t been put through yet. By this time it was dark outside and very cold and I could not bare to wait another 30 min for our order so I said pls don’t put our order through then because we are very cold and it’s late now. The minute I wanted to cancel the entree that had not been put through the waiter said “no it has been put through it’s almost ready”. I said but you just said that and he said in a very smug way “no it has been put through already”. I knew he just didn’t want to cancel the order and I found that disgusting. It took another 30 minutes after this conversation before we received our food which was mediocre at best. I am shocked that the waiter would lie the way that he did possibly for a larger tip. The food was not great at all. The meat on the pizza tasted like it was microwaved. We couldn’t have more than one slice and the chicken was under cooked. I will never go back to this restaurant again. I am very disappointed that we drive all the way there for...

We had a horrible experience at Kitchen76 and this used to be one of my favorite restaurants at Niagara on the Lake. The service was horrible and unacceptable. I will strongly encourage all my friends and family to never visit this establishment again.

We had a reservation at 6:30 on a Friday night and was seated promptly, however, no one acknowledged us for 15 minutes and at which time, one of the servers brought us some water. We sat there for another 5 to 10 minutes before our waiter appeared to let us know that she would be back in yet more time.

Once we ordered the food, it was an hour and a half before the food arrived and this is only after we asked the restaurant manager to look into our meal. The manager not only did not apologize for the delay but told us with an attitude that this is not uncommon. When the food arrived, it was obvious that the kitchen was behind and our food was cold. Only half the order arrived and the remaining order arrived one at a time. This is not acceptable for a restaurant that claims to be a top restaurant in NOTL. Our waiter refused to have any kind of eye contact with us knowing that we were upset. There was not a single apology from the restaurant for the subpar service.

We were there to celebrate a birthday and the experience ruined our day. The service in this establishment has deteriorated over the last few times that we were there. There is either a problem with the management or the winery has gotten too popular and they are not staffed to handle the volume.

By the time we left, the restaurant was almost empty and most of the tables in the restaurants were not cleared away. There were dirty dishes, wine glasses, and used napkins scattered all over the tables. How could they expect their customers to sit and enjoy a meal surrounded by this...

This is the second time we dined at Kitchen76. The first time we ate here was 2 weeks ago with my extended family for a Christmas Eve lunch. Everyone had an amazing time and enjoyed the delicious food. Leana, our server was exceptional. Hence, my husband and I decided to come back, this time with a few close friends.

What made this second visit more impressive than the first was how they handled the situation when my husband had a health emergency - losing consciousness for about 20 seconds and almost collapsing on the floor. (He was later diagnosed at the ER with stomach flu.)

Adele, Kevin and others provided exceptional care and support during the entire ordeal. They not only assisted in ensuring my husband's well-being while we awaited the ambulance but also displayed genuine compassion throughout the ordeal. Their quick thinking and support made an incredibly challenging situation more manageable.

My friends and I were moved by the team's kindness in only charging us half the bill, demonstrating an unparalleled level of understanding and empathy. This unexpected gesture made an already stressful situation more bearable.

Moreover, receiving a thoughtful note from the staff two days after the incident, inquiring about my husband's health status, showcases the true essence of outstanding customer service. Kitchen76 team's compassion extends beyond the walls of their restaurant, creating a lasting impression on us.

We sincerely appreciate the genuine care and concern exhibited by the Kitchen76 staff. Their exceptional customer service has not only earned our gratitude but also our unwavering loyalty.

Thank you very much for turning a difficult experience into a testament of the team's exceptional professionalism...
