Bruce Manor — Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake

My fiance and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Bruce Manor. There was a slight mix up with our arrival when we arrived late for our check in due to traffic. But the Hosts were very professioanl, appologetic, and courteous. After some time exploring downtown and having dinner we were able to go back to the home and check in.||The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a full and private bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. There was a minifridge, coffee machine, small TV, and extra towels for the pool. We felt very welcome and safe as the entrances to the room were private and we were given the key. |The only small issue came with the fuse to the bathroom going out at one point, but again, this issue was quickly resolved. ||We chose to pay extra for the breakfast and truthfully it was well worth it! Ms. Nan makes an amazing breakfast and the other guests were lovely company. DON'T STAY HERE! Unless you enjoy the following: Best Host you could ever ask. Our room the Rattan, which we have stayed numerous times has an enlarged suite that has its own living area. and a great view to the backyard gardens, pool and direct access to the sitting balcony looking over the back yard. Best best, and I mean best Hot 3 course hot breakfast, that last till dinner time. Heated pool. Right next to the Bruce walking/Bike trail. Private off road parking. Private entrances front and to the back balcony suite. Comfortable bed and our suite has not only a fridge but a sink as well. My bride and I have stayed at over a dozen B&B in NOTL area and NOTHING compares to this Bruce Manor. You will feel welcomed and at home here. My Big TIP is the Hot Breakfast. Try going to town and wait and wait, and the prices in town or close by,, well you see, the Breakfast here is... We couldn't have asked for a better stay than at Bruce Manor. This B&B, with lovely gardens and a pool in the back yard, was just perfect for a hot summer stay. ||We stayed in the Cherry Room which we loved. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized. There's a balcony in front and on the back, both of which are right off the room, and stairs down the back lead directly to the pool.||The B&B is just on the outskirts of town, a short drive or walk to the theatres of Niagara on the Lake, and just around the corner from Two Sisters Winery and their wonderful Kitchen76 restaurant. Next to the B&B is a hiking trail which we didn't explore because of the heat, but I'd love to see it another time.
