The lady on the counter is very rude when I ask her about the payment that why you charge 20 dollar for 13 dollar pizza she said you ask for thin crust.. really you are not adding anything in that then why 7 dollar charges for thin crust. Online ordering is 5/10. North Battleford location has a hard time using their own pizza pick up system. Instead of being able to walk in and enter a code and pick up food quickly. A person waits in line behind others that are either ordering or picking up ,wait your turn in line to grab your order from an employee which should’ve been in the pizza portal warming oven. Food is ok...

We were just there today and ordered 1 supreme pizza, 1 meat treat pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza (half only cheese), plus 2 Italian cheesy bread. When we got home to Radisson we were disappointed to realize instead of giving us the meat treat pizza (meat lovers) we got a pepperoni pizza instead.
