Tim Hortons — Restaurant in North Battleford

We stopped in while on a long drive just to use the washroom and get a quick snack.

Food wise everything was good, pretty much what we expect from Timmies.

The washroom experience on the other hand... They were very dirty and had run out of toilet paper. When we asked politely to have some TP put in the supervisor asked someone to take care of it.. That person asked someone else who asked someone else and so on. 10 minutes later they still hadn't done anything.

When we asked politely a second time for TP they began the same process. It wasn't until I made a loud announcement to the entire store that they finally got someone to go deal with it. But despite us having told them our daughter really needed to use it, they shut down the washrooms for a 20 minute cleaning procedure.

In the end we had to go to Burger King next door...

Have gone to this location 10 times in the last 6 months. Out of those 10 times they have managed to get my order wrong 7 times. Usually nowhere close to what it was supposed to be, they then act like your are inconvienencing them by asking them to correct your order. Have had employees tell me that I should just accept the wrong order as they are to busy to make my correct one. Today when I ordered a simply sausage biscuit I was given an English muffin with bacon instead, the person working the drive thru insisted that it was close enough to what I ordered so there was no point sending it back. I decided to not even bother with the argument and ate it. The "bacon" was absolutely disgusting, with the texture of rubber and no flavour. Would recommend this location if you are looking for a contender for the worst Tim Hortons in...

Faster to sit in a line up for drive thru than to go inside and order. Drive thru is full of garbage,cigarette butts and snow isnt cleared out of the drive thru leaving some vehicles stuck or bumpy drive thru. Garbage cans outside are unsightly with frozen drinks splattered on them and garbage left on the ground around the bins. Drinks can range from good quality being hot or nice and cold and prepared properly to the wrong drink tea instead of coffee vice versa. More times than none the coffee here is only at a warm temp.no need to double cup at this location. Be prepared for the local moochers and drunks wandering around outside the entrance and drive thru to pester...
