McDonald's is McDonalds. I don't really expect much. The food tastes the same no matter which one you are at. We have been here before with amazing service in busy and slow times of the day. Today it looked steady not crazy in anyway but defiantly not slow. We went to sit in with the play center so we could have supper and the kids could play a bit before we continue our last leg of the 4 hr drive. The two tables we were able to occupy had crumbs and dry ketchup on them. I asked if they could get wiped. They told me yes that they would get someone. I went back to my kids whilst husband ordered his food. Few min later (husband still figuring out what he wanted) I asked if he, once finished ordering would ask if the tables could be wiped as NO one was there yet. He asked. Waited and got our food, he seen one staff go off and wipe a different area. By this point the main room started filling up a fair bit. So do we move and risk losing a table all together no thanks. The kids already settled in and started digging into their food. We were there for about 15-20 min eating and then kids playing a bit nothing!!! I don't think I needed to go and ask for a THIRD time to wipe some dried ketchup...
Read moreOk, so I love the app and the features of it. That is generic to any McDonald's though. This location disappointed me. I come to do some work with there wifi and have lunch. The manager told me their WiFi was down and it had been for a couple days. Seriously? Bell and McDonald's can figure out how to keep wifi up in this day and age? With the app, We sat in a waiting room and ordered our lunch with the app. Because we were waiting we had lots of time to customize and good around our orders. Apparently I like lettuce and tomato on a mcdouble. When we got to the location, it was busy, I think there was a team that had just showed up and was ordering. No problem, we choose eat in and table service on the app, then went to sit down and play on the wifi. They drought us our meals in short order. It was a completely different experience than I expected. The only thing I didn't notice on the app was a place to ask for ketchup and pepper for the fries, and o had to go get my own splash of root beer to go with my diet Coke. Read moreHaving to ask for my receipt again (too many times) - last night, shortly after 10 pm. And should have held up the line, checking on the spot what was handed to me the incorrect receipt. I'm going to have to chase down the 'person in charge' the 'person with authority' to get my correct credit card receipt. Can you please correct your drive-thru screen and get someone with techy experience to adjust the first line to always start one line down as you can not see it. Having to check orders way too much - missing receipt, missing tomatoes, such small tomatoes that cover only one third of the breakfast bagel or serious chicken sandwich or other burger sandwich. Salads the last two months with only half to two thirds fill, a couple of times rotten lettuce, missing or incorrect dressing packs, dealing with saying they don't have that dressing when it's right in a drawer right in front of them, cold old fries.
