Burger King — Restaurant in North Battleford

Ordered a hamburger with no bun. Asked for lettuce instead as I'm allergic to wheat (no, not gluten, wheat). The woman at the counter didn't understand why I didn't want a bun, so I explained that wheat makes me ill. She said "then try the potato bun". I asked if it was made with wheat flour, and she said no. I asked are you sure, is this bun actually a gluten free option? She looked unsure but said "yes". As I was paying I asked again, "Are you sure this has no wheat in it, because I'll get very sick if it does." She said it was made with potato. I said ok. It's 15 minutes after eating and I'm having a full blown allergic reaction. I'm not happy but I'm mad enough to leave this review before it gets worse over the next hour. Absolute disrespect from the staff in the drive thru, to the staff inside taking orders (went through the drive thru and waited 15 minutes outside in my car.) When I went in after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, I waited inside for an additional 10 minutes to be helped, just to ask for my food that had been sitting on the counter behind the tills for over 20 minutes, just to be treated like absolute scum by the rude staff. Embarrassing to say the least, then was offered a free whopper meal by management to "make up" for their complete incompetence. Disgusting, slow, and all around a terrible experience. I do not recommend giving them your business...

Usually i love this place. Lately theres been a super nice black lady at the first window. Shes so friendly and always smiles and says hi, makes my day... The last two times ive gone the girl at the first window wouldnt even tell me how much the order was when i asked. Just looked angry and tilted the machine at me.. then the dude at the window, i asked for a few ketchup. I knew he heard me.. just shuts the window on me and looks at the computer.. a lady was even going to give me somebody elses food but i was decent and said thats not mine. Just wanted a few ketchup. I should have taken the other order for how rude they were. I hope the other lady...
