Dr Pizza — Restaurant in North Bay

Being new to the North Bay area. Decided to give Dr Pizza a try based on ratings.. I know to each is own when it comes to food and taste so this review is based on my experience.

Let me start by saying I put Dr pizza on par with little Caesars hot and ready when it comes to flavor.

Ordered the family special, deluxe and pepperoni

Sauce had zero flavor, but that could be based on how little was on the pizza For me the pepperoni belongs on top not under the cheese The mushrooms were so finally minced one would think they had been through a blender Crust to topping ratio. Some areas of the pizza the crust was almost 4inches wide and blackened

Service was good friendly and pizza was ready right on time

With tax almost 50 dollars for 2 pizzas that would have bought me a whole lot of frozen pizza and a better experience

At this point I'm sitting on the fence whether to try...

I hate writing bad reviews, sadly this place was the nail in the coffin for me ordering delivery while on a road trip. Was quoted 45min for delivery - turned out to be an hour and a half to an address 12min away. The Panzerotti's we're supposed to be deep fried, but were soft and tasteless. Our BBQ chicken tasted more like ketchup than anything else. After 8 hours on the road, this just wasn't worth the wait or the $50 fee for it. If your delivery time is actually an hour+...just say so and set proper expectations...

On May the 03 I went to Dr. Pizza for the frist time and ordered a meat lovers pizza I can't tell you how much I enjoyed that pizza.in my opinion it is the best pizza in north bay, I stop ordering pizza in this town because of quality and the price, it's clear to me the toppings are higher quality and the price is spot on, my pizza was about $6.00 cheaper then outher pizza places I have gone and I've been to them all, I most definitely will be back to try the rest of their menu, keep up...
