Burger World — Restaurant in North Bay

My parents go to this location daily for breakfast but will never step foot in there again!! My parents and two of there friends went for breakfast today and the food was garbage. Food was cold,toast was not cooked it was like they took the bread out of the bag and just threw it on their plate. My mom's bagel was mush,one of their breakfast had hair in the eggs and it was all disgusting.No one at my parents table even ate half of half of the garbage that was on their plate !! The waitress came to collect their plates and never said a word or even asked why nobody ate any of their food. My parents and the two others are seniors and of course did not complain they will just never go back there again!! My mom went to pay the bill and the person at the cash register asked how the food was and my mom told him everything and he did not say anything or even care and still charged them for everything!! The waitress as my parents were leaving said " see you next week " and my father said " not a chance" you fools just lost two probably more as we tell friends and family valued dedicated customers!! This is not the first time this has happened to my parents at this restaurant but they believe in giving chances !! I can not give any stars for the food or service because it was all garbage !! I wish when the food was put in front of them and they seen what it looked like they would have left it all on the table and walked out but they are seniors and ppl their age do not do that !! The guy that cashed my mom out and who knew the food was garbage even asked my mom if she wanted to leave a tip lmao 🤣 😂 are these ppl insane !! My parents always tip no matter what but this time I guess they had enough and didn't!! I will also never eat at this...

Went to Burger World, because I had a craving for a poutin, and a hamburger.

As I was waiting to get my menu a couple with 2 small children were being seated by a waitress. The couple said "We can't sit at this table the tv will distract our kids." "Can we sit over there?" Pointing to the other side of the restaurant. The waitress sarcastically responded "Well if I sit you over there, I will have to wipe down a table." Like she didn't want to do it.

Then my poutine with hamburger comes. The hamburger was just ok, but the fries of my poutine were cold like they hadn't been cooked properly. I finished the Burger, but couldn't finish the poutine the fries were cold and disgusting. So I pushed my plate to the side of the table.

When the waitress came and seen I didn't finish my meal. She never asked me if my meal was OK, or why I hadn't finished my poutine. She just said "Are you finished, when I responded yes, she grabbed my plate, and got me my bill. She didn't even ask me if I wanted my poutine to go in a doggie bag. She just took the poutine and threw it out.

I won't be going back to Burger World for a very long time after this experience.

Always enjoy the food, and today was no exception. Had a family member visiting so we went for breakfast and was served by one of the rudest servers Ive experienced. My mother-in-law asked if they had latte’s and the the sassy response mixed with laughing that she was even asked such a question was rude, then we asked if they had warm milk, and the server picks up the cup of ghetto creamers and slides it in front of her and says “haha, no. this is what you get”. Ordering food, my wife ordered, and then my mother-in-law said “ill get the same thing,” server says “listen i cant go back on this machine and look at her order, you need to tell me exactly what you want”… you cant remember a Grand slam breakfast x2… We got up after ordering to go tell her that my kid changed her mind of what she wanted for a drink, and walked into her loudly conversing with her coworkers making fun of my mother-in-law.

Just unacceptable, this older woman who was serving us has clearly reached her time of no longer wanting to work there and its obvious. Not to mention this family member if visiting canada for the first time and this is the first encounter she gets,...
