Sunday Aug 21st we stopped here for a 'quick' snack on the way through town. What a mistake. 15 minutes for a cup of tea and a toasted bagel! Service was absolutely horrible. Yes, it was relatively busy, but nothing extraordinary for a Tim's. There was maybe 5 people in line ahead of me, and my order was taken in about 3 minutes, which was fine. After that, it was a brutal wait.
You get your drink at the cashier but you have to go over to another area for your food. (which is fine if they actually told me that at the time, instead of waiting there at the cashier area). Once over to that food area, it was complete chaos. They kept running out of product (ie. no eggs, no bacon, etc) so all the orders were getting backed up. Or they had to find the person that ordered, tell them they were out, and ask them to choose another item instead.
People around me were getting very frustrated and I was on the verge of just walking out without my bagel, but didn't know if it was going to be another minute or 5...
Overall, the worst Tim's experience I've ever had. Just unacceptable. Avoid this location. There are others in the area, or if you're coming in from the South, hit the Country Style on the right side of the road - didn't seem to be a wait and it's on the side of the road that makes it easier to get...
Read moreThe staff at this location are always quite friendly. However, the actual food and service you get is terrible. In the past two years, this location has not got a single order of mine correct. The bagels are never toasted, they are always incredibly limited on what is available, and the coffee is always burnt, and half the time there is a part of your order missing. Today, I placed my order and went in to pick it up. The bagel I ordered was not toasted (cold and soft) and my hash brown was ice cold... I understand the service industry is understaffed, but come on. Just double check the screen before moving on to the next thing.. I give up with Tim Hortons and will not be going back.
TL;DR - Tim Hortons hasn't gotten a single order of mine correct in nearly two years and I'm sick of cold, incorrect orders. I will not be going back to this location.
Update: It's been a year and I decided to give them another chance this week. I ordered 3 medium green teas with honey. All of them were incorrect. It's not difficult to make a green tea + honey, yet they still can't get it right. Don't bother going here....
Read moreI just went through the drive-thru to get my iced coffee remade that I got yesterday and couldn't drink because of how gross it was. I got it at tim hortons on Cassells but went to this tims because I wanted it made right since the other tims has been making bad coffee all week. The speaker person said that was fine then I got to the window and a manager looking lady with eyeliner would not let me have the iced coffee that I waited in line for because mine did not have ice in it (it had 2 ice cubes when I got it yesterday) and was from a different tims.
