Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in North Bay

I ordered a large burrito. Made to order. No complaints. After I ordered a guy comes over. Removes all the lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments. I asked what are you doing? Just changing the condiments he says. So I say you gave me old garbage. We do that he says. He walks away and starts talking Hindi to his friends in the back. My Hindi is not great. But from what i understood. I was not being praised for pointing out what I saw. Another customer came in behind me witnessed the scene I was making. Because that guy after I said something put all the condiments back. The next customer said was out of line. Maybe. But I understood what I was being called behind my back. In a language he thought i didnt understand. I was trying to save the next customer from eating something they were going to throw out. I honesty don't have a review of the food. went to the location in North Bay and had an awful experience. I ordered an extra large naked bowl which ended up being not even halfway full, as well as the lettuce was awful. I also ordered pork tacos for my friend as well as an iced tea which I would not have gotten had I not checked the bag. The woman started making my friends tacos which said no beans on the order, after I corrected her one of the employees said ‘oh ya there’s no beans’ It took a half hour for my pick up order to be ready and I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes just to fix my order. I will be attaching a photo of my ‘large’ bowl but just want to let you guys know I’m incredibly disappointed as I heard such good things about this place. First time going and will be the last. Went to the new location in North Bay. My husband ordered a Huge Ground Beef Burrito. There was only minimal meat in half of the burrito and he had to empty the water out of the wrapper. The majority of the soggy burrito was tossed out. I had the chicken quesadilla. I was shocked when I found out all toppings were not available for quesadillas and that I could not get tomatoes. There are only certain toppings for certain products. The five pieces of chicken in my food was right in the middle.
