KFC — Restaurant in North Bay

I don't order take out here very often, once and a while for a treat. I ordered the other day as my adult children were home and I thought it would be nice. I ordered ahead and arrived a few minutes late. They said my order would be another 5 minutes as they wanted to make sure the french fries and popcorn chicken were freash. So you can imagine my supprise when I got home (I live 1 hour outside of North Bay) I had no fries. So the only thing we had for dinner was chicken, chicken or chicken. It ended up being more of a snack than the $93.00 meal I paid for. Now I have a small business here in North Bay and when a customer is not satisfied with their order they have an option. I can refund them their money or redo the order. The Manager at KFC doesnt seem to operate with such a policy. The only resolution he offered was to give me the fries the next day. I said I only order from them maybe once a year so getting the fries another time (especially the next day) was of no value to me. I would prefer my money back. He said he "Could not do that" He appoligized atleast 50 times but appoligies only have value if there is no action to back it up. So they get to keep my money and I get nothing of value. Pretty sad service. If you must have KFC go...

Not impressed. Went here a couple days ago for the $5 Sandwich of the day which was the Twister's. Asked for two spicy ones and two plain ones.

When I received my order, my spouse was eating his which were supposed to be plain "original" ones. Only to find his had NO SAUCE, NO LETTUCE on them just a wrap with pieces of chicken in it.

He went up to complain and they did nothing because they said when I ordered I asked for them to be plain.

Plain does not mean not putting the other ingredients supposed that are suppose to be included on the wrap. We wanted two original plain ones that weren't spicy. So the wraps were dry and I felt so bad for him to eat them.

Let alone our order was so salty like they dumped a bunch a salt on them to make them saltier. This hasn't been the first time their food was extremely salty like not normal.

Really would appreciate them making this right because obviously they didn't clue in what I asked for. And if they weren't sure they should have asked not just assume.

Bad experience yet again here. Not happy...

I was absolutely disgusted with the order I made yesterday afternoon at the kfc in North Bay.. People work hard for their money and with the uprising of food costs now adays you would think you’d be up to Colonel Sanders standards. Maybe you should go back to the basics and do more training. No wonder so many kfc’s are going out of business you don’t uphold the standards.. By far none the worst kfc chicken I’ve ever had.. It’s a sad day when I have to say I’ll never eat kfc again after that experience.. As paying customers we deserve more.. for our money 100.. So noticeable you’ve given up and don’t care.. the amount of money it costs us of our hard earned money to just to try Enjoy to not have to cook and eat out.. this is the inedible food we get.. ???
