Tim Hortons — Restaurant in North Bay

This tim Hortons had the worst customer service I had ever experienced! I was very specific in what I ordered, was very simple I asked for a farmer's breakfast wrap with bacon and a classic breakfast sandwich with bacon, when I got my order it wasn't what I ordered I had received a farmer's breakfast wrap on an English muffin then the classic breakfast sandwich had sausage and no bacon. So I asked for them to re make my order because it was not what I ordered. They said I didn't say a wrap u said a farmer breakfast sandwich! I said to the cashier I know what I said I asked for a wrap not a sandwich and continued to give me a hard time about it. Finally they re made everything this time I recieved the wrap I asked for but still had sausage on it same with the breakfast sandwich. I had frustration in my voice and was asked to leave. Was accused of getting mad at there employees after they didn't acknowledge what I had asked for to begin with. I left with no food and less money I came in here with. Won't...

I am Uride driver and I went there for men washroom and there no toilet paper rolls it empty and I have to hold till I go McDonald's for washroom and it not first time for staff to get lazy to do their jobs doing replacements toilet paper rolls and while I was there I did ordered 2 simply sausage with cheese before so come in for washroom but it was near 10 minutes waiting and I saw a young lady who make sandwiches and she not take her job serious and speed up not ever start my order yet and I don't know why Inhave to wait near 10 minutes for the very easy and small things and I told her that I go to talk to her boss about it but she seem not care not ever sorry for make me waiting for almost 10 minutes and what is point of the mobile app that I can't get order quick and correctly time and I not very impressed with her job and she not very friendly FYI I not go order anymore during weekly but I can order on only weekend because of young man doing wonderful job to get my order...

Went through drive through on Lakeshore Drive just below overpass on your right hand side going towards Metro that being south of Lakshore Drive. On a early Wednesday morning and ordered the new egg and Sausage Harvest product, plant based becuze l can't eat Pork! And got to window gave me what l thought was in the bag my sandwich.
