Don't waste time stopping here. Go to any other Tim Hortons!
They never have anything. Want an ice cap? Timbits? Doughnuts? Not available "SOLD OUT"
More recently, we went through the drive-through around 5 p.m., with only one other vehicle in front of us. By the time we got to the order box, the other vehicle was at the window. We waited at the order box for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us (despite us saying hello multiple times). The lady who came on must have been the one that was taking a break outside as she walked into the building, and then our order was taken. After all that, they had no Timbits and very limited Doughnuts at 5 p.m.! As we drove by the window, there were 2 other employees in the restaurant. Explains why the lady sounded irritated when greeting us on the order box.
This is not the first time something like this happened. We usually avoid this Tim Hortons. This visit was a second chance type visit as we were getting a car wash.
The best bet is to go to the one on McKeown. It's only 5-10 minutes down the road, and they will have...
Read moreThis location has lost my regular lunch patronage. I am often but not always given the wrong order, but the past 2 times I've gone in on my lunch break have been the final straw. First I order a turkey bacon club and get back to work to find no turkey, no mayo, only lettuce and a single piece of bacon. Seriously. Figuring hey everyone makes mistakes, I come back in another day with the same order. After paying, am told they have no turkey and haven't since yesturday, yet somehow the staff is unaware. Instead I ask repeatedly for a chicken wrap with grilled chicken yet am served crispy. Location is also one of the slowest in town and is often sold out of most baked goods (and apparently lunch items) and is bad for letting customers know before they pay. I have also had this issue repeatedly at the drive through. Take the time to go to a...
Read moreBrandon, you would rather throw out enormous amounts of mistake food and cancelled orders than have your staff be happy and fed, and just talk to anybody who abuses it stealing your 5 cent bagels?
I find it funny they post this sign right in front of us lol Brandon buddy if you just do your job and manage the people that abuse it you wouldn't have any issues. I've worked in a lot of restaurants and that's always how it works. If you really want to continue to not do your job or be at the restaurant, maybe move this sign cause it's been everybody's first impression of this place for months now and it makes all your customers feel bad for how your staff...
