Tito's Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in North Dumfries

Had a late night Chinese food craving, sadly the Chinese place in town was inexplicably closed. Tito's was the only food joint open. So i thought "what the heck". I got a medium pepperoni and some cheesy garlic bread. The price was reasonable but the food was in my opinion terrible.

The cheesy garlic bread was a sub bun with cheese melted on one side of it and closed. The pizza crust is very thick and bland. It actually made me think of corrugated cardboard; not that I've had the pleasure of tasting corrugated cardboard but if i did that's what i'd imagine it would taste like. The toppings were nothing to write home about either, thin cheese, floating over a bland sauce with dry pepperoni embedded in it. All together it formed a disc shaped overcooked "thing".

All in all i would go back but only on one condition. There would have to be an apocalyptic event wiping everything else out leaving me no other option to survive. Then and only then will this food ever get near my...

SOMETHING TO CONSIDER! I went into the Ayr location franchise and the only employee wearing a mask was the one greeting customers. I saw the delivery guy leaving the restaurant without a mask. No one in the kitchen was wearing a mask. Is there a policy stating that the people HANDLING our food and cutting our pizza AFTER cooked should be wearing a mask? If there is, none of those specific employees were wearing a mask tonight on October 30th. I brought up the issue with the cashier and she said she couldn't find a specific policy for it. The last two times I’ve called to place an order I ask to confirm the total but when I arrive the actual price is 5 dollars more. The first time it happened I shrugged it off. The second time I challenged the young girl working and asked for an explanation. Apparently switching tomato sauce for bbq sauce counts as an extra topping. This is why I requested the total on the phone. The young girl had zero interest in making things right.

Same issue as well with always quoting 20-25 mins but it usually takes closer to 45 mins.
