Village kitchen & Dairy Bar — Restaurant in North Dundas

We used to love this place and frequented it regularly last summer (as in almost weekly) This year the last few times we've tried it it's been terrible. Tonight we got 3 meals only to come home and throw out 2. Schnitzel tasted like the pork had gone rancid (also had a strange after taste) the fish as we were told was frozen fish not made in store (that's no problem) the problem was that it was freezer burnt and tasted like a freezer not fish. Wanted a large cone, the man said not possible we can't do it, you can have a medium (so why advertise a large cone?). Wife wanted a sundae decided on a hot fudge. After a while he came back and said he couldn't get the hot fudge smooth so no sundae. Wife said ok, small cone. I had already paid and he didn't offer money back and I had to ask. It was terrible the owner was supposed to give us a milkshake first of all it took him 10 minutes and when he gave us the thing, it was just milk and when we complained and asked for a refund he said no. When we asked for him to make it again he said yes but when we got it back it was still milk with tiny chunks of ice cream.
