I personally have only been one of these chains before, my experience was pretty poor then as well.

They really skimp on the protein portions.. like realllllly skimp, I was surprised and thought the first location was trying to cut costs, I gave it a second chance and tried their street tacos, you can only choose 1 type and they make 3 of them.. ok, kinda sucks you can't mix and match.

I did the Nashville hot chicken, they literally only put 3 small chicken nuggets on it, cut them in half so there are two peices per taco.. like on everything for 11$?

Pretty poor quality overall, I honestly recommend charging 15$ and fully loading them so people feel they are getting their money's worth..

I just would not recommend this franchise in general 2/5

Looks like a couple fake reviews as well... just noticed half the reviewers have the same last name and all have just one or two...

Jigneshbhai is AMAZING we were rushing from Montreal to find somewhere to eat and had called in. He reassured us he would be open and happy to take us. We are a large party (20ish ppl) and he took such good care of us. I ordered a bang bang shrimp bowl and he suggested the perfect sauce pairing for it. There was a woman working alongside him, I wish I had gotten her name because she was lovely as well. The washrooms were squeaky clean and he was a gracious host, even coming to check on us while simultaneously closing up shop. Even though there was a large number of us, he took the time to greet everyone. Loved...

Had a quesadilla for dinner. Asked for additional cheese as the amount that went onto the large tortilla wasn’t nearly enough, which cost extra. Asked for salsa as a topping, but was rejected that option as it came on the side (unsure why that wasn’t allowed). The quesadilla was quite bland tasting and oddly, the cheese tasted really weird. The tables were visually clean and the person working the counter was nice enough. Sad that there isn’t any cooked veggies like other burrito places. All in all, not my favourite meal but it did...
