I know reviewing a fast food place seems unnecessary, and I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel that I should give others some perspective on whether or not they should go here.
If anybody reads this, I want to make it clear that I have tried to give this place a chance and that I have enjoyed my experience at most other location’s, however after my experience today I have just had it.
I’ve come to this Tim Hortons on numerous occasions, and without fail, they have either gotten my order wrong or forgotten an item. Again I have to reiterate, this has been every single time.
Today I tried ordering a bacon sausage biscuit sandwich. I know for a fact that’s what it’s called. When I approached the cashier to order it, I was asked questions which made the experience confusing. Such questions as “do you want the sausage bacon, as well as a biscuit?”. After I told her again, that I just want a sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich, I was told “We don’t have an item by that name, but we do have lunch sandwiches” which I followed up by asking if they weren’t doing breakfast at this hour to which her response was “no we are still doing breakfast”. I ended up having to show her a picture of said sandwich on my phone.
Lo and behold, when I get home to enjoy my breakfast with my girlfriend I am met with two English muffins with only egg and cheese on it. I find it difficult to fathom how after everything, the order was still wrong.
As mentioned above, I typically enjoy Tim Hortons, however the training the workers receive is clearly abysmal, and this company will consider the bare minimum to be enough for their employment standards. Then I received an email containing half of the message and another email right after asking me "Was Jessica P helpful? Rate below" . To be honest, I can't see the other half of the message, how can I rate what this person did? It even included Tip: if you don’t see Jessica P's reply, check your spam and promotions folders. I checked and there was nothing. You guys care too much about the ratings. My drinks have been good for the last couple days after my review until today. It is tasting diluted again. (1 tea bag instead of 2 tea bags).

My colleague gets steeped tea for me every day on her way to work. The steeped tea always taste diluted (4 out of 5 days were wrong). I am not sure if your staff know to use 2 packs of tea if brewing a big pot. They tasted like they only use one tea pack for the big pot...
Read moreI went into the Tim Hortons at 2000 Cadbury Road in Victoria, BC to order something for breakfast and it was by far my WORST experience at a fast food location in my life! All I wanted was a BELT combo on an everything bagel with 1 milk in my coffee. The first two staff members could barely speak or understand English. I patiently repeated my request several times assuming the staff was new, even pointed to the selection on the menu board yet my order still arrived incorrect. It took a third employee from the kitchen (who actually spoke and understood a little English) to rectify my order. Unfortunately I realized after the whole fiasco that I'd also been charged for an additional coffee (combo includes a hashbrowm and coffee) and the hashbrown was burnt and cold (did they fish it out of the garbage to fill my order???). I didn't bother going back to address my concerns...I was feeling murderous by that point. To whomever owns that location, shame on you! This location should be shut down for numerous reasons.
