Stopped in for the first time today while in the plaza! The chicken on rice was excellent!! The sauces were awesome! The lady there was very nice and the price is great!! The gentleman was there the next time I went back... what a great guy!! Best chicken and rice I have had in a long, long, long time. Will be back!!! Recently tried a Chicken Shawarma wrap and it was excellent as well!! Vili's is a hidden treasure!! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Order was confirmed by Skip the Dishes and by Restaurant. I didn't receive my order and tried to call the restaurant. They refused to answer my call about this and were very rude. They told me they aren't listed on Skip but here is the proof! They could have still sent me an order, I was willing to pay! They didn't provide me with any time to talk and just hung up on me, twice. Not impressed and would not recommend.

We've been ordering from Vili's since moving to Oakville in 2018. They have been consistently good and fair priced. The staff are always polite and friendly. Even their salad is good (which is saying something for a pizza place). They are also always quick. Never had to wait as long time for my order, whether pickup or delivery.

VERY RUDE OWNER. late orders happen, it's okay we understand but when you say its on its way and it still doesn't arrive for ANOTHER 30 minutes? I gotta call you out on it. The "owner" was terribly rude telling me he can just cancel it right there on my third call back so I straight up told him "okay". Order arrived anyway 30 minutes LATE(Ill give him the benefit of the doubt here, may have been 45 minutes late) and didn't even give an apology. The driver(To whom I apologised to, I don't blame him) said he was told to offer a $5 discount at the door which I had to refuse as I had just placed an order elsewhere. Never experienced such rude and poor service like this anywhere else. Everyone please hold the places you do business with to at least a reasonable standard of politeness and I'm sure Vili's will fail to meet...

Villis has been our go to for over a decade. The new owners seem very caring. Food taste great as usual and love supporting my local businesses. Some really offensive hate and 1 star reviews with no explanation... especially during this pandemic these type of reviews and posts really hurt a business and overall morale. Many people are struggling and this doesnt help. It makes me really upset when I see hate and negativity, if you were treated poorly leave a review but explain it. Don't leave a review without an explanation, how would the owners know what the issue is and how to improve?

I visited here a couple days ago. We simply ordered panzerotti's and wings on Uber Eats. The wings were fine. The panzos we're not good at all. $15.00 for unlimited toppings seemed great. The dough was very chewy and barely baked. No option for fried but they have wings 🤔 Considering how much they charge for the toppings. The panzo should be loaded. with ingredients. There was barely anything inside of it. A one topping panzo from Pizza Pizza is better than this. Considering the reviews of their customer service, I don't expect a response.
