VERY RUDE OWNER. late orders happen, it's okay we understand but when you say its on its way and it still doesn't arrive for ANOTHER 30 minutes? I gotta call you out on it. The "owner" was terribly rude telling me he can just cancel it right there on my third call back so I straight up told him "okay". Order arrived anyway 30 minutes LATE(Ill give him the benefit of the doubt here, may have been 45 minutes late) and didn't even give an apology. The driver(To whom I apologised to, I don't blame him) said he was told to offer a $5 discount at the door which I had to refuse as I had just placed an order elsewhere. Never experienced such rude and poor service like this anywhere else. Some really offensive hate and 1 star reviews with no explanation... especially during this pandemic these type of reviews and posts really hurt a business and overall morale. Many people are struggling and this doesnt help. It makes me really upset when I see hate and negativity, if you were treated poorly leave a review but explain it. Don't leave a review without an explanation, how would the owners know what the issue is and how to improve?

Read moreI visited here a couple days ago. We simply ordered panzerotti's and wings on Uber Eats. The wings were fine. The panzos we're not good at all. $15.00 for unlimited toppings seemed great. The dough was very chewy and barely baked. No option for fried but they have wings 🤔 Considering how much they charge for the toppings. The panzo should be loaded. with ingredients. There was barely anything inside of it. A one topping panzo from Pizza Pizza is better than this. Considering the reviews of their customer service, I don't expect a response.
