I didnt care for this place the last time i order the only thing they got right was my kids chesse pizza i order there special its a pound of wings 2 mediem pizzas with 3 topping on each pizza one pizza was only chesse an extra chesse the other was a canadian pizza an canadian pizza has chesse mushrooms pepperione an bacon an i asked for extra ham an they decied to put green peppers tomatos an onions i also asked for a galric chesse bread an i got a cesear salad insted oh an i asked for my wings to be sauced in mild an they werent sauced at all they gave me a side sauce an it was hot.....thats not the best part i called them back an spoke with the lady an told her i want my money back nothing is right except my kids chesse pizza an all she could say was aaaaaaa can t do that an i was like umm yes u can nothing in my order is right excpt my chesse pizza shes like aaaaaa i cant do that theres no boss her im like ok i wanna speak to the manger shes like im the manger when the boss isnt here an im like ok i want my money back shes like aaaaaaaa one secound plz an im like ok she comes back an says to me my order back an im like ya i asked for my wings to be sauced mild an there not u give me hot on the side plus my pizza inst a canaidan pizza its got green peppers tomatos an onoins on its i only got 2 pops when u should get 3 or 4 an i asked for a chessey garlic bread an i got a ceaser salad an shes like thats how we make our canadian an im like no its not ive been buying lunch here since high school 2 slices an a pop an a pop canadian an canadian has only bacon pepperione an chesse plus i didnt ask for a ceaser salad all she could say is aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i said i had enough an i said ill never go there or order there ever again i recomed the wingery.. arks fish an chips.... 6th line pub.... An hasty market....if vitos was the last place on earth an that dentist place id go to the dentist place for food an water before i got to vitos.......screw that after that lady faught with me on the phone what ever happend to coustermer is always right i simply asked for my money back for the...

Vito's was good to me previously but today (Monday March 25, 2019) was unacceptable. Ordered on the phone, the gentleman told me to pick it up in 15 minutes. Call ended around 4:50, got there around 5:05, stuck around waiting for a few moments until i saw a lady starting to make a pizza and realized that it was mine (small, half pineapple, other half meat lovers + pineapple). I asked her and she said that yes, my order would be ready SOON. I got there 15 minutes after ordering and they had just started to make it. This is pizza, not a big Mac, so i said i would come back in 15 and as you can see they called me to tell me it was ready at 5:19. We went to pick it up, i was polite and ordered a creamy garlic sauce, and besides having NO APOLOGY, the same lady had the nerve to add a TIP OPTION on the machine. Thankfully i was able to choose 0 dollars.

I work in fast food and i understand busy hours, but in fast food making the order late (not to mention making it way past the promised pick-up time) could be acceptable. However, this is pizza and pizza takes time. At least i was not enough of a jerk to demand a refund and make them throw away their "hard work".

CHEATER! Jan 1st 2021, we placed an order for the deal of 1 Large pizza and 12 wings (approx 2.5 Lbs) as per the special they have online. When we received the order and opened up the box where the wings came in, we thought it was a little lighter than “approximately 2.5 Lbs” of wings! So I pull out my home digital scale and all the wings, including the aluminum foil weighed 398 grams! So we call Vitos pizza to ask if they had forgotten the other 1.5 Lbs? At first they said that it was 2.5 Lbs pre-cooking weigh! To which we said no way that wings loose 600 grams of water when cooking! Than the excuse was that it says 12 wings of approximately 2.5 Lbs! So, we proceed to count the wings, there were 11 small wings totalling 398 grams. So they said, “ok we will send the driver with more wings”, so we waited for the driver. When the deliver man showed up, he ganases us a box with 4 wings in it! No where near the weight that they announce on their website and flyers. So, be very careful! This once great pizza place is going down the drain and taking...
