What I like about this place is their fresh ingredients and healthy food they offer. They also have great combo and BOGO offers for game/school nights.

We ordered appetizers, wings and burgers for takeout and everything was prepared and packaged very nicely. We had a chat with the owner while waiting for our order and he mentioned their chicken wings are made from unfrozen chicken and fried in oil that’s changed very frequently; which was very important to us.

We ordered “Cheesy Perogies”, “Mozza Sticks”, “Mac & Cheese Wedges”, “Cajunize Potato Wedges”, “Onion Rings”, “Jalapeño Poppers” and “Lemonize Wings” for appetizer. For main, we ordered Chicken Wings with “Honey Garlic Parmesan”, “Jamaican Hot” and “Korean BBQ” sauces, “Memphis Sandwich” and “Classic Sandwich”. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Sadly this WingsUp location falls far short of all other locations. We have been very satisfied with both other Oakville locations, but have yet to have a good meal from this location (multiple attempts). This evening we ordered directly from their website and our food was left on our doorstep without a knock or doorbell ring - the food was cold when we discovered it. A call to the restaurant resulted in a reply of 'oh, sorry', but no offer of a replacement order or any other consideration. We then realized our drink wasn't delivered, another call resulted in the same reply. Until it was mentioned a google review may follow - immediately 'let me tell you what I can do for you'. I wasn't interested by this point. I would strongly encourage your order from the Trafalgar or Speers (or Milton) location. Avoid...

I had a very disappointing experience at WingsUp today. The store tried to scam me out of today’s combo deal – when I asked about the advertised special, I was told with a smiley face that it’s not actually a deal, just the sandwich for $9.99. The website very clearly shows it as a combo deal, not just a sandwich. When I raised this, the staff said it wasn’t them, but that it was “the boss’s direction.” This isn’t the first time either – the same thing happened at the Trafalgar location. Out of frustration, I had to drive all the way to the Speers location (which is much further from my house) just to get the proper deal. This is misleading, unfair to customers, and really bad business practice. If you advertise a deal, you should honour it – not try to pass off...
