Family and I come to this location a lot. Food, drinks, and service is usually top notch but this morning, we drove through for breakfast at around 7:30 and the server who took our order was very rushed and dismissive, although there was only one car in front of us and one behind. I asked her to clarify there would be no meat on my egg farmer wrap and she seemed annoyed saying "yes it is an EGG wrap". I just wanted to make sure there would be no meat as I wouldn't want the food to go to waste in case there was any confusion. I very clearly ordered an ice coffee with an espresso shot which is a regular for my mom, same server missed this and at the window very loudly declared "well you didn't order that", while she aggressively typed the order in and very hurriedly charged us for it, don't mind being charged obviously but the overall tone was off and unpleasant even just according to general standards of civil communication. It was not a problem that she forgot that part of the order, I worked drive through myself for nearly a year and understand you're doing many things at once but there's no need to act annoyed with people to that extent, with no civil courtesy. I'm not the type to expect super friendly service at fast food, I'm good to just get my food and go but even times when I have encountered very dry service, it was never as rude as this and never compelled me to say anything about it. I normally don't write reviews but we come here very frequently and even during rushes they have always been efficient but polite, and as it was a pretty bad experience and I would like to continue coming here just thought I would make someone aware of this in the business, in case it is read. Read moreI had two unpleasant experiences from this location. Their staff and managers are very rude. One is happened today, the other one was from few weeks before. For the one happened today, I ordered from drive through, when I pulled up to the window and ready to pay using my gift card option from the APP, I first show the QR code to the staff to scan to get points, then when I changed to the option of gift card, it didn’t show the QR code, so I checked my phone and realized the App(their system) updated their gift card payment method so I asked the staff to scan the QR code again, but the staff insisted that she scanned it before. I told her it’s a different QR code and asked her to scan again but she refused to do so until another lady came to the window asked what’s going on because it was around 8:30 am and there were a long line waiting behind my car. So I asked the second staff to scan the QRcode to try and I can pay by the cards if it’s not working. Then it went through successfully. I was very disappointed by the service they provided. I really don’t understand why it’s so difficult for that staff to try scanning again. All I want is pay and she didn’t have any customers services. I live in the area so I often come to this location. I found most of their employees don’t have the customer skills and most of them are brown colored. Read moreThe hours do not match what they actually are on Google. I'm not even mad at that, though. I work in retail and understand that mistakes like this can happen. HOWEVER, their hours are not posted ANYWHERE on their store. I walked in and was ignored by everyone. The managers paid me no attention as they saw me walk in then proceed to close their tills. Worst of all, one of the employees just STARED at me instead of telling me that they were closed. Again, I understand that Google makes mistakes, but maybe TELL your customers that you are closed instead of IGNORING them? Especially when you do not have your hours posted on your store, have the open sign ON, have the doors unlocked, have employees actively making food, and are helping out a different customer.
This location knows how to hire the worst people. I mean, read the reviews about the managers. If the managers are this rude, you can imagine how horrible of an attitude the rest of the team has. Customer service is not for everyone.
I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and decided to boycott it two years ago after too many terrible interactions (slow service, rude interactions when they make mistakes, and so much more). I thought they might have learned something by now after not reading the reviews, but I should have learned my lesson. I am officially finished with this location.
