Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Oakville

I just reviewed this Mr sub with the following review and please check there respone, it shows how there customer service is, the store even blocked me from putting in reply to there comment. So i am replying from my other account is that please share the Video so everyone knows how you served and how we behaved. I am consenting from my end (please share it with your audio so everyone will know how your customer service is) I am still staying with my original review- This women, worst customer service you can ever imagine. Most disrespectful experience ever. I am frequent Mr. Sub visitor and is also a Mr sub reward program member. Today was my fiancé’s birthday and we came in to get the birthday offer and she was so disrespectful and was swearing at the back while making the sub that people are shameless, come in to get free subs. We were not here for free sub, we were here for the offer. Thanks to this lady, she spoiled the day as soon as it started. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I am also posting the picture as well of my previous review for your reference. And it tells everyone that rather than acknowledging the flawas and trying to improvize you are trying to hide it. Thats the worst part. Hopefully it doesn't happens...

Fantastic staff! I just watched a crazy Karen and her family of 5 belittle the staff over 2 dollars, this staff just smiled was beyond helpful as Karen kept going on and on super rude, over a scoop only being 3/4 full. This was one crazy Karen she fought over every penny and took 20 min to pay, while me and other customers had sandwiches ready and this staff was brilliant, kind and calm. The staff here work hard and did not deserve how horrible Karen was behaving, her kids looked embarrassed to be near her.

This location makes me feel like I am at home. Every time I come in I am welcomed warmly. I love coming in after a hard day at work, they make things so easy for me. On top of that, they always make me a perfect sub, always lots of toppings, always helpful! I especially appreciate the young lady who works most week day evenings, she is the life of the store and truly makes me feel like I am the only customer. Thank you to the whole team for all the hard...

If the format allowed me to rate this place lower… I would. After sitting down and humbly munching upon my first meal of the day, waiting for my paying friend to put in her order… a generally unpleasant man, clearly who hasn’t cleaned nor the location nor his hands in several hours, asks us rudely to leave as they don’t allow outside food…I tried to be understanding of this policy and put away my outside food and waited for our paying friend to sit down. While paying for her mediocre and overpriced sandwich, she asked if we’d still be allowed to sit here, since she IS a paying customer. He gave my friend a dirty look and told her that, no outside food is allowed, and essentially kicked out a paying customer. Later some incredibly loud and disturbing men walked into the store (ruining the mediocre atmosphere) with outside food, he did not say a single thing, leading me to believe this was a sexist attack. Please stay far away...
