Worst place and experience ever! Was there 10am June 25 while in town for the tall ship festival.

No clean table to be found while one staff member was just leaning up against the counter twiddling her thumbs. Hard working or hardly working? We cleared our own table.

Paid for 2 classic breakfast with white bread and eggs over-easy.

They were out of white bread. It was served with no cutlery. One meal was easy-over, the other was got hard-over, it was served cold, one had burnt toast while the other was hardly toasted at all with a great big glob of butter in the center, which of course I couldnt spread with the lack of cutlery. The bacon strips were more like bacon bits, they forgot the hashbrowns, and when we walked out finally over 30 min after ordering, we still had not even gotten a cup of coffee. They must have still been picking the beans.

Also witnessed another man who walked out after waiting 20 minutes for 2 pieces of toast only to be told when he asked that they would just now put it on for him now.

Seriously if your staff cant cook and egg right nor make toast, please train them before you put them out there. If you don't have the staff and/or supply needed to open and function properly, don't bother opening at all.

This place is a disaster and looks really bad on the brand. I'll not be going back to...

Ok, so last night, after a long-ish drive to the cottage right after work, without having had dinner and tired from a first week back at school we wanted to grab a quick bite and went into the drive-through at the A&W in Brockville. While there was a small line up, we did not expect having to wait quite as long as we ended up. Skip the dishes should be put in order of line up like other customers, because of a large order (we were told) the wait was a whopping 15 minutes after we got to the pick up window. Not exactly fast food. While I was getting hangry inside, I kept calm (maybe I just couldn't muster up any more energy after running around all day and not having eaten), because we are still in a pandemic after all; and the girl who served us was really nice. A long line started forming behind us, and you know you cannot get away once you are in a drive through lane. In the end our food was piping hot and delicious and for the unusually long wait ( and us patiently waiting and not getting angry at them) the manager threw in a couple of apple pies for my husband and I. Would be 5/5 stars, except one incident that happened recently. The staff here are really nice and sociable at all times of the day. Food can be a little slow, but I kind of expected it from a place that serves real meat (or so they say). 4/5 because I came here with a friend recently and the cashier taking our order had some kind of attitude with delivering food. Throwing our burgers on the tray (dine-in) kind of like he didn't want to do his job or walk the extra second to put it on the tray. Just the vibe I got from that single event was not very good. Other than that, I have no complaints, drive thru was kinda confusing to use the first time in the winter when it was really dark outside. Needs better lighting around...
