A&W Canada — Restaurant in Ontario

We showed up at the restaurant located in Kingston on Princess Street and Centennial Street shortly after 9 a.m. . I order to Classic breakfasts and ask that the two pieces of bacon be replaced with sausage. First order was fine. I waited approximately five minutes and the kid asked what I was waiting for. I told him i would like to have my breakfast with my wife. I repeated what i ordered and he looked at the receipt...apparently he never charged me for my breakfast, just a coffee. I then had my breakfast put on the tray.....ir was the wrong one. No hashbrown, 3 instead of 4 sausages and white instead of brown toast. They pieced it together except the extra sausages. I paid for the extra breakfast. Not too sure why 2 classic breakfasts cost almost $21.00. I got fed up and just ate as my wife was already finished hers. The eggs were cooked nicely, the sausages I did get weee delicious. These were the reasons why I gave it a 3 star....if only based on service it would have...

Originally a friend & I were headed into the A&W to enjoy the two teen burger combos for $16.99 however once we got there we came to realize the coupons had been lost in venture to the restaurant. As we came to realize this at the cash register the young man informed my friend & I that he would not be able to manually enter the coupon price into the system without the coupon present due to it containing a bar code. (Which is a lie). I understand however I was not happy with the fact that instead of enjoying TWO combos for $16.99 (No GST) I was forced to submit to the brutal pricing of just ONE combo for $15.75 ... do better A&W, not impressed. Won't be visiting Centennial & Princess location again. Was asked to leave a google review by the employee, so...

i arrived at the store around 12:15 and there was an old lady on the front with an indian girl. i asked for beyond meat and honestly im a vegetarian so for my satisfaction i requested to fold the beyond patty in the lattus wrap paper and then cook it on the grill and she said no in a rude way

moreover, i said many time i visits here just to eat beyond meat and the staff accept my request and they do that but again she said no we dont . im also an manager of tim and i know if customer is rude then still listen him/her but if customer is polite and requesting you to do a favour then everybody follow the LUS ( listen,understand or solve) but the lady didn't understand and she was full of confidence and was saying ok i am going to...
