I am a regular Tim Horton's visitor all across Frontenac County and this by far is the most disgusting excuse for a Tim Horton's I have ever been in. I have been visiting these restaurant's since the days it was just coffee and donuts and by god, this location has Tim Horton rolling in his grave. There has not been a single visit to this location that has not been problematic. If they aren't screwing up my order and giving me the wrong item or taking twenty minutes for getting me my usual (a large double double and a Boston cream donut) it must be the hygiene. I am in health care and I have been to trauma scenes that have a higher level of cleanliness than this "restaurant". If its not the garbage in and around the restaurant its what happens when they serve you. Not a single employee with facial hair is wearing ANYTHING to prevent stray hairs from entering my food. I am bald but when I pulled the hairs from the one sandwich I got, I could have made a wig; the only moment that was MORE disgusting than this was when I witnessed a male employee reach down his pants and adjust himself then go back to food prep WITHOUT any sanitizing or cleaning of their hands. Whoever inspects this restaurant should condemn it. Until then, avoid this biohazard of a...
Read moreTheir wait times here are always ridiculous, I could have a full sit-down meal served to me before I can get a coffee here. If it's not staff openly ignoring you, it's the managers distracted texting on their phone instead of helping their staff like good leadership does. Honestly, I've never seen the current "manager" smile at this location, she always looks like this is the last place she wants to be, which makes sense why her staff acts the same. Even the young kid they had before her at least looked happy. Years ago this used to be my favourite location, the staff was friendly, the service was fast and great, the store always went all out for holidays (even Remembrance Day) and the Manger was always on the floor helping (she was quick witted too, which made interactions great!). These days, it seems to only be the older staff that have any kind of training in speed and customer service. Theresa has served me many times with a smile, as well as the tall kid (Zander or Xavier?). The larger male baker is always friendly and full of smiles when I pass by. This store used to be one of the best in the city, and now I think it should be actively avoided. I feel bad for the staff working here, many have so much potential and seemed to have been...
Read moreI usually go to the Timmy’s on Princess/Sydenham Rd, but I’d just been to the shoppers next door so i went over to this Timmy’s. The service was laughable. There was 5 employees behind the counter, one of which was working the drive thru and one who had assisted the woman in front of us in line.
When it was our turn to place our order, the employee who had helped the woman prior walked away from the till. this would have been fine, had the other 3 employees chatting behind the counter come up to take my order. I was waiting a few steps away for a couple of minutes, so i stepped up to the register, and waited for another 3 minutes while the 3 workers talked and the 1 swept the floor. the only worker doing their job was the one working the busy drive thru. The woman beside us was even getting agitated because her drink was taking quite a while.
I finally had enough and spoke to the useless employees standing around. I said “Some service would be nice”. they shot me a dirty look, so i decided to walk out and go home.
I will never come back to this location due to the incompetent...
