Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

hello, came here to pick a skip order, it was lined up and i first chose to stand in the que but then realized that the display board stated "order here" and the other board stated "express pick up" so seeing the other board i thought had to pick up from express pick up counter as there was no signs which showed where a skip person should stand or pick up the order from, an old lady working there shouted disrespectfully asking me to get back in the line, i do understand that its time to socially distance but you guys lack signs and plus your staff is super rude, just to let her know that i wasn't working for her and she had no rights to be disrespectful , i would like to bring in the owners notice that if this is the way your staff behaves they do not know customer service so kindly work on that, there is always a better way of speaking, just because i didn't wanted to create a havoc in the store i didn't choose to respond to her. kindly learn to behave. This was absolutely bizarre. I understand that sometimes stores run out of ingredients — it happens. But let me be very clear about my experience: I asked for a steak sandwich — they had no steak. I asked for Italian Herb & Cheese bread — what I got was the shortest, most uneven cut of bread I’ve ever seen, definitely not a full 6-inch. I asked for veggies — most were unavailable, including basic ones like onions.

At that point, I was honestly shocked they were even open. I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this location blew my mind in the worst way. Went there at lunch time to get 3 subs . When entered nobody comes for atleast 5 mins even saying loudly hello.one lady came rolling eyes on me and told guy to make sub who is not trained. They hardly had any veggies filled no onions no cheese . Billed incorrectly saying to get combo we will bill cookies separately and drinks that cost too much instead of getting in combo cost i have to pay extra 10$ for that Breads were not fresh too chewy and hard .
