Been a few times and I’ve encountered the same issues.

The dining room is always closed now. It like they’ve realized they can use Covid as an excuse to close the dining room and do less work.

In the drive through they always try to tell you that you only get two packs of Arby’s sauce per sandwich. The first time they told me it was supply chain issues. But a year later it’s the same story, so now I know they are just plain lying. I tell them hey I ordered the 1/2 pound sandwich so how is it logical that someone who orders the smallest sandwich gets the same 2 packs of sauce? They will look back at you puzzled then repeat the same line like a parrot. The first time this happened the dining room was open so I marched inside and I guess the clerk could sense my bubbling rage and just handed over a bunch of sauce and slowly backed away. The second time I wasn’t able to get inside due to the lockout so I had to have a standoff in the drive through line. First they tried to tell me it would be ten cents for each additional sauce, but eventually I guess they sensed I wasn’t capitulating and begrudgingly put 2 more in the bag. Which was really probably for the best because phase 2 I was just going to turn the car off and sit blocking the drive through in protest. I’m not looking for 20 sauces, but a sandwich that big needs about 4 sauces.

The Arbys in Kingston is great. It feels airy and the staff are chipper. The whole experience at this one however is tainted with despair. It feels like there’s a black cloud of loathing that just hangs...

Using one star because it's the lowest I can go. Nothing Earth shattering, just disappointing. Order the special on now, asked for onions on the sandwiches, she confirms the order, I drive to the window and the girl (who quite clearly was unhappy to be there by her tone and lack of attention) asked me if I want any sauces. I tell her what I wanted, she closes the window, comes back about 10 seconds later and asks again what sauces I want. I tell her again and she goes away, never to return. Another staff gives me the food and I check the bag for the sandwiches and sauces, etc. I drive away and when I start eating, no onions on the sandwiches and as a coup de grace one sandwich is two tops of the bun and one is two bottoms. Again, nothing serious, just wondering why should I go out of my way for this level of service and attention to detail. It will sadly be the last visit for me as this is not a one off, but a...

Got a reg classic roast beef sandwich meal through drive thru when I got to the window I asked for horsey sauce and before the drive thru lady gave me my food she said to my girlfriend you can't smoke in drive thru it's a city bylaw in Orillia. So kinda miffed by her comment we went it looked it up online to see it was true it wasn't there is no such bylaw at all and to top it off my roast beef had no flavor and the curly fries were so greasy I could have used to oil to run my car and I didn't get horsey sauce I got Arby's sauce in the bag. I will not be going back to this restaurant ever again, one employees should keep there mouth shut about things they don't know especially bylaws that don't exist in Ontario and should listen to what the customer asked for I've been going to this location since I was 5 and now it's a shell of what it used to be they need to hire actual adults instead of college...

Great service, friendly associate at the drive through window. It has been years since we had been to an Arby's, disappointed to see the Great Canadian sandwich was no longer on the menu. We enjoyed our selection, and so did The HOGAN (our cat)—he had the chicken nuggets. Arby's is consistent in quality and more affordably priced than most fast-food experiences we have encountered. We enjoyed the French Dip 'n Swiss (though not very conducive to eating in the vehicle, thankful for the extra napkins :) ), Beef and Cheddar x 2, spicy curly fries, drinks, and a 4 piece premium nugget (for the cat)...and all the sauces!

I was working in the area and seen Arby’s so I decided to try it out for the first time. I asked the girl working at the drive thru what should I get for my first time and she recommended the number 1. I decided on getting a number 1 combo with the curly fries. I was starving so I couldn’t wait to eat. The curly fries were really good. A lot of flavour. The classic beef n cheddar sandwich to me wasn’t as good as it sounds. I liked it but didn’t love it. I’m very adventurous with trying new foods. So I do see me coming back to try something else.

Amazing Arby’s in Orillia! The restaurant is super clean, and for us Torontonians who have to travel way outside the city to satisfy our roast beef and cheddar cravings, this visit hit the spot. The staff was friendly (and completely understanding at our more than normal sized order) and the food was spot on. 6 Beef and Cheddars later with curly fries and mozzarella sticks we rolled out of there completely happy and satisfied. Of course, we took some turnovers with us for tea later 🥰 Thanks so much Arby’s Orillia! See you again next year!!!
